תמים היה בדורותיו

****Emergency interruption****
Please check our “Wall of Shame” page as we have just updated a new scumbag on our list.

It’s been now approximately five years since Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg has been placed in חרם shunned by his community, by his local Rabbis. These five years has been his best and his worst.

His best: His mission of cleaning up the streets, the schools, the mikvahs, etc. has come a very long way. Parents are educated, kids are educated and the general public is gradually listening and understanding what’s on tab and what this plague has done to generations of our youth and how it affected them for life.

His worst: Let’s face it. It’s not a lot of fun to be in חרם , isolated, shunned and be barred from every synagogue especially when he knows he is doing the proper thing and when 90% of the public knows it as well, but are scared to speak out because they can't fight city hall. In all due respect, it is getting better by the month. The public has realized that the “Cheirem” is a joke, the public recognizes that he is 100% right and furthermore the public appreciates what he does and is thankful for his courage and stance against this terrible plague in our community.

History.
Last week in parshas Noach,  we read in the portion of the torah תמים היה בדורותיו  (Noach (  נח ) was a tzaddik in his generations) Rashi makes comparisons between נח and אברהם. The first time is in his famous analysis of the Torah’s use of a qualifier when describing נח’s piety, “נח was a tzaddik in his generations. "Rashi quotes two opinions: 1) If in his generation he was a tzaddik- —how much greater of a tzaddik would he have been in a righteous generation! 2) In his generation he was considered a tzaddik—were he to have lived in the times of אברהם he wouldn’t have been important.

Two points of interest: 1) Even if it is true that נח was a lesser tzaddik than אברהם, Chazal (our Sages) stress that the righteous leaders of each generation are equally vital and important, even when, on an objective scale, they don’t measure up to those that proceeded them. Yiftach in his generation [was as vital] as Shmuel in his generation. יפתח בדורו כשמוא' בדורו (Rosh Hashana 25b)” so the questions is, what purpose is served by stressing that נח would not have been anything special in אברהם times? 2) Why does the first opinion use “a righteous generation” as a basis for comparison, while the second one states, “had he lived in the generation of אברהם he wouldn’t have been important?” Both opinions should use the same point of reference for their comparisons.

The second time Rashi contrasts נח with אברהם is when the Torah states (6:9), “נח walked [together] with G-d.” Rashi notes that with regard to אברהם, the Torah writes (17:1), “Walk before me and be whole.” Where אברהם is described as going before Hashem, נח walked together with Him. אברהם's piety was so robust that he needed no Heavenly assistance—he could take care of himself, so to speak. This is the idea of going before Hashem. נח needed Hashem’s support in maintaining his righteousness; he is seen as walking together with Hashem.

Again there are two interesting points: 1) When Hashem tells נח to enter the Ark, He says (7:1), “Come into the Ark…for it is you that I have found righteous before me in this generation.” Hashem’s statement seems to contradict the previous one—did נח go with Hashem or before Him? 2) Where in fact do we find proof in אברהם actions that אברהם walked before Hashem, while נח walked with Him? In what way does Avraham’s higher level manifest itself?

The Midrash (Tehillim 37) describes the famous meeting between אברהם and מלכי צדקMalchi-Tzedek (found in this week’s parsha [14:18-21]). Chazal teach that מלכי צדק was in fact Shem, the son of נח . “Tell me,” אברהם asked him, “in what merit did you deserve to leave the Ark?”
“In was in the merit of the tzedakah (charity) we did.”
“But there were no poor people there!” אברהם asked. “It was just you and your family? With whom did you do tzedakah?”
“With the animals and the birds,” מלכי צדק answered. “We did not sleep at night. We would go from one animal to the next making sure they had enough to eat. Once we were late, and my father was injured [by one of the animals (see Rashi who says it was the lion)].”

At that time, the Midrash concludes, אברהם said to himself, “If they were only saved by the charity they did with the animals and the birds, and [even so] for the one time he was late he was ‘repaid’ and injured, then if I perform charity with people, who are formed in the image of the angels, surely in this merit I will be protected from injury!” Immediately אברהם planted a tent, and provided his guests with food, drink, and lodging!
This, writes the  חיד"א (Chida), is the difference between נח and אברהם. אברהם hears a story—about a person who was saved in the merit of charity and kindness—and he understands from it how esteemed charity must be in Hashem’s eyes. The first thing he does is plants his tent, beginning his legacy of charity and kindness. נח didn’t just hear the story—he lived through it, yet he did not learn its lesson.
The חיד"א doesn’t explain what he means; how do we see that נח didn’t learn the lesson?
The first thing נח does after leaving the Ark is to plant a vineyard. “נח, the man of the earth, defiled himself and planted a vineyard (9:20).” Rashi explains that he defiled himself in that his very first planting was grapes (who’s fruit intoxicates); he should have planted something else first.

אברהם planted and נח planted (va-yita). אברהם planted a tent (or tree for shelter) in which he could give others food, drink, and lodging. נח planted grapes. From the first fruits of his labor, he got drunk. What drove נח to drink? Perhaps he found it difficult to cope with the Earth he found upon leaving the Ark. It was not the place he had known. Everything and everyone had been eradicated by the scorching waters of the flood. To escape this bitter reality, he drank.

Had he been paying attention (like his son Shem), he might have found a lesson to be learned: You were saved by charity and kindness; make sure the new generation, which you head, is one built on the foundations of charity and kindness. Plant a tent, open a hachnosas orchim (guest house), and teach your children and descendants—the Earth’s new inhabitants—the importance of kindness.
The two opinions quoted above, says the Chida, don’t actually disagree. No doubt, had נח been in a generation of tzaddikim, he would have been an even greater tzaddik. But had he lived in the generation of Avraham, who built a life of chessed (kindness) based on the story of the Ark and its lesson, whereas נח —the story’s main participant—failed to do so, he would indeed not have been a factor.
Perhaps this is expressed in the difference between walking before Hashem or with Him. נח was saved by his kindness to the animals, but it was not as a result of any conscious commitment to chessed. Hashem put him in a situation which left him no choice—it was either feed the animals or suffer their wrath, as Shem told אברהם. Thus, although נח did a virtuous thing, he is described as walking with Hashem—he did good, but only when coerced by Hashem to do so.

אברהם didn’t wait for Hashem to lead him by the hand. He heard the story, and figured the rest. He went before Hashem—by finding hidden allusions how to improve his character and service of Hashem without having to be pushed into it.
The holy Zohar is critical of נח for not praying for his generation. How was he to have known that Hashem awaited his prayers?
“Come into the Ark…for it is you that I have found righteous before me in this generation.” Hashem does not give gratuitous compliments. He was trying to hint to נח : Kindness has the power to save. If you have compassion on your brothers, and pray for their salvation, you and they will be saved in the merit of that kindness. You too have the ability to be a tzaddik before me—take the hint and pray for your generation! Noach should have realized that Hashem was calling him a tzaddik in order to empower him with the strength of the righteous; to annul decrees. ( ישמח משה Yismach Moshe).

אברהם and נח —two tzaddikim, each one a giant in his generation. The difference? נח did what was right, and he did it with great commitment and fervour, but only when it stared him in the face. אברהם knew how to take a hint. He didn’t wait for mitzvos to come his way, he went looking for them (“And he stood by the tent”—looking for wayfarers that he could care for.
Sifrei chassidus (Hasidic literature) call this phenomenon   רמיזא דחכמתא  (hints of wisdom)  that can be found in every aspect of life. “Do not be like the horse—like the mule who understands not, and whose mouth must be closed with bit and bridle and reins—they will not approach you…I will instruct you, and enlighten you—this is the way to go; I will guide you with the movement of My eye—like a man who hints to his friend through the movement of his eye (Tehillim/Psalms 32:8-9 with Malbim). Hashem guides us every moment of our lives; it’s up to us to open our eyes and hearts and find the hints.

Rabbi Rosenberg
I am taking the liberation, authorization and the courage to relate the above mentioned connection Between נח and אברהם, and do the same connection between Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg and sages of previous generations. Because we don’t have an אברהם  in our generation anymore.

We all know the pain and suffering that the בעל שם טוב  (Baal Shem Tov) endured while teaching the world of chassidus. We all know that in the late 1700’s the Baal Hatanya was tortured by מתנגדים (anti-chassidus movements), when at that time Lithuania was the center of the מתנגדים (opponents of  חסידים Hasidism), and Rabbi Shneur Zalman faced much opposition. In 1774 he and Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk traveled to Vilna in an attempt to create a dialogue with the ווילנער גאון who led the מתנגדים and had issued a ban against the חסידים, but the ווילנער גאון refused to see them and they had to leave town in order not to get stoned. In his seminal work, Tanya, he defines his approach as "מוח שולט על הלב" ("mind ruling over the heart/emotions").

In 1797 following the death of the ווילנער גאון, leaders of the Vilna community falsely accused the Hasidim of subversive activities - on charges of supporting the Ottoman Empire, since Rabbi Shneur Zalman advocated sending charity to support Jews living in the Ottoman territory of Palestine. In 1798 he was arrested on suspicion of treason and brought to St. Petersburg where he was held in the Petropavlovski fortress for 53 days, at which time he was subjected to an examination by a secret commission. Ultimately he was released by order of Paul I of Russia. The Hebrew day of his acquittal and release, 19 Kislev, 5559 on the Hebrew calendar, is celebrated annually by Chabad Hasidim, who hold a festive meal and make communal pledges to learn the whole of the Talmud; this practice is known as "Chalukas Ha'Shas" He was also arrested 2 more times at later dates, by people who did not like his wiews of torah which we now know is pure and holy!

I believe we are witnessing history all over again. Rabbi Rosenberg is now in the same spiritual standing as נח was then and both Pshutim of Rashi is right. I can not tell you what Rabbi Rosenberg would have been in the times of the Baal Shem Tov or the Baal Hatanya. I can tell you though with out a shadow of doubt  that today he is in the level of תמים היה בדורותיו .

Lets take rashi’s second opinion.  “In his generation he was considered a tzaddik—were he to have lived in the times of אברהם he wouldn’t have been important.” If that is indeed the case with Rabbi Rosenberg today, then ladies and gentleman, it is very sad because “THE JOKE IS ON US NOT ON HIM” in other words we are so low and so unworthy and so clueless that Rabbi Rosenberg is only a Tzaddik because its in OUR generation. All this shows is , that we are so far off that even a man like Rabbi Rosenberg is a tadik these days.

Either way you spin it, the end result is the same. WE are in a generation that Rabbi Rosenbeg is needed and is תמים היה בדורותיו!  The only question is where he would rank 200 years ago. I am here to tell you that I could not care less where he would’ve ranked 200 years ago. I am delighted to have him today in a generation where there is no one to stand up for whats right and no one giving a voice for our children.

Never mind the fact, that if you take ANY Rabbi today and put him up against Holy man of 200 years ago, it would not be a pretty picture.

The bottom line is. We are lucky to have a man like him in our generation! We are lucky that there is still one man out there with courage and guts to speak the truth! Your children are lucky that there is one human being speaking up for them and willing to take a bullet for them, while all the others who are PAID to protect them could not care less!

Challenge.

There is an old saying: “Talk is cheap”. and I think its time to put a challenge out there and see the true meaning of “Talk is cheap”

Ever since I started this blog, I have been getting “anonymous” emails requesting my name and I should debate the issue. Forget the point that “they” want to stay anonymous but at the same time demand that I expose myself. Forget the fact that “they” have never once (and I repeat it again ONCE) answered any of my questions except telling me to drop dead, and how G-d hates me, but never once did “they” answer any of my points.

At the same time on one of the comments, this loser challenged me to a debate and predicted that I will chicken out. Of course, when I immediately accepted he made some demands, which I obliged and agreed to all of it, and never heard from him again, not that I expected to hear from him, but never the less I gave him the benefit of the doubt. HEY SCUMBAG I AM STILL WAITING!

Just like rabbi Nuchem pointed out many times on his shiur on the hotline. Our community is all about empty threats and no action! “We will do this We will do that” and that’s where it ends. Additionally there is another problem. “They” know and we all know that Rabbi Nuchem is 100 percent correct and accurate, so they know that have no shot of debating him or myself. We come with facts and truth and they come with hush hush maneuvers and tactics to keep us quiet. They expect that this tactics should work with us because it works with 99% of the people for many reasons. people are scared to go against the big mouths, they are scared there kids will be kicked out of the schools (which in essence will be a favor for these poor kids who are like chickens at the mercy of their farmers), and knowing that we are not “rollovers” they will never debate us.

However, for the public record let me announce that I am willing to debate anyone and everyone on video anytime. Anywhere. Anyhow. And I spoke with Rabbi Nuchem and he is willing as well.

I am not keeping my hopes up because after all, we are talking about a spineless bunch that has nothing to debate, but never the less I hope against hope that someone will have the courage to come forward and debate me.

Let me just update something regarding Shmuel Borger. I am getting a tremendous feedback on the article where I mentioned his name. It seems that there are many victims including family members. But I am holding back publishing it until I can double verify it with more sources. Hashem Yerachem what this skunk has already done in our community.

Unity! EXCLUSIVE

I just came from the Unity for peace introduction. If only the Rabbis can find a way, this would be a greater place to live in.

Things that make you go hmmmm!

One of the hardest things for me to comprehend is why it is so difficult to have a dialog in our community about child molesters. Why is it that in our community, the first instinct is, “It’s not true” “no way, I know him personally, he wouldn’t do it”, etc. There must be a reason for this resistance and it must be a common ground, to break this  pattern.

I have spoken to a couple of professionals recently (Both, IN and OUT of our community) and I think I am making “some” progress in understanding the mind set of our way of thinking.

Shame.
It is very normal for someone to be ashamed of an act even though he is not the guilty party, and the statistics prove it. Universally, people are ashamed to tell stories of molestation even 30 years after the fact, because they feel some kind of an embarrassment, guilt or shame. I personally saw it recently, when I took all the courage that I possibly can, and exposed my molester 40 years after the act. I got a doze of hate email, and accusations of fabricating this story, and even some threatening emails and plenty of blessings and good wishes (i.e. hope you and your family dies of cancer).

In our community it goes even a step further. We have a much more sensitive reaction to exposure or to being in the spotlight! We were brought up with some sick stance that the most important thing in life is to make sure that the community loves you, adores you and respects you. As I mentioned in a previous article, we call it the 10 years behind symptom!

Emotions
Another major downfall in our system is something called “Emotions”. People don’t think with their heads, but rather with the “hearts”. People don’t think with the Law or requirement, but rather with their “feelings”.

At first glance this might sound to you as a great feature or great quality in a human being! But its not! It’s a great injustice!  There is a time when you need to use your heart, but there is a time when you need to use your brains and your head. Imagine how our justice system would look if they would punish people with “feelings” or “heart”, there would be chaos and pandemonium on the streets. There would not be a justice system, because you will always find it in your “heart” to forgive him.

You want to use your heart? No problem! Go and volunteer in the homeless shelters, help feed the sick, go to an old age home, etc. there is plenty things and places where you can use the generosity of your “heart” and your “feelings” to good use, but don’t do it on the pain of YOUR young innocent kids. Don’t let your “feelings” ruin others and cover up bad deeds of others, on the account of innocent kids with out a voice. Do it on your account and on your time.

Let me give you a perfect example. There is a guy among us with the name Shmuel Borger. Let’s cut to the chase with this scumbag. Under normal circumstances he should’ve been kicked out of every Jewish community worldwide years ago. This animal has a history of abusing, molesting and defrauding and there are victims “On record” pointing to all of his evil work.

Let me point out, to his credit he is a very astute man. He knows how to manipulate you, he knows how to prey on your conscious and he knows how to get you at your most vulnerable times and take advantage of you. I had the privilege of interviewing recently a former victim from his choir, a current family member and a FORMER family member. You will not believe what this man is all about. (BTW most molesters are very shrewd and sharp, and that’s a tool they use against their victims).

Shmuel Borger had the audacity to use his son’s tragic death to his advantage. There are stories being revealed now (coming soon to You Tube) on how this scumbag worked his “magic” in those 24 hours “from the jump – till the end of the funeral” to his advantage.

Why is he getting away with it? Because you think with your feelings and your hearts. “Awwee, this guy nebech lost a son”   “Awwee, he comes across so nice”. The reality of what happened to his son is very sad , and more and more information confirms what we already knew then, and his own family is talking about it. However, "that" part does not justify his evil doings, and the death of his son does not give him a free pass for the abuse and fraud he did TO HIS OWN FAMILY MEMBERS!

He released a whole “Tears for moshiach” video in the name of “love for my son” – “His last request”. Baloney on Rye! It was a perfect business move for him and a perfect time to promote his videos and a perfect time to prey on your “Emotions and heart”

You would not let a murderer off the hook, because he lost his father to cancer. Would You?  Get it in to your head, A Molester is on the exact same level as a Murderer!
(You probably read a lot between the lines that I am holding back some info on this guy, you will understand soon)

Rabbinic approval
Another major issue I found was the lack of knowledge and the failure of taking a stance. People are confused with the Jewish law and “Loshon Hora” laws and they won’t to do wrong. To that I would point you to the videos we have posted a while back and see for yourself how important it is and how you MUST report a molester to the Police dept. according to Jewish law.

In closing. It is extremely important that you use common sense and Jewish laws and Laws of the land when you make such a critical decision, like protecting young children!  There is no time to get all mushy and emotional on the individual and “feel bad for his family” OR “He looks like a nice guy” kind of excuses.  Take that emotion and place it on the victim, and place it on the 8 year old innocent boys and girls who did nothing wrong but went to school, walked the streets, joined a boy’s choir, went to the park, etc. And take the rage of the pain this child will live with for the rest of his life and throw it back at the culprit and demand justice. Stand up for you rights! Stand up for your community! Stand up for your children! And stand up for your future generations!

Before and after

What is a parent’s priority for their children? What makes one a good parent?  Are you a good parent? Does your kid think you are a good parent? Do you care if you are a good parent? Can a rich father be a poor parent? Can a poor father be a rich parent?

“I live for my kids” – “My kids come first” – “I am sticking it out for my kids” “It’s all about my children”. These are quotes you hear from parents, all the time. All the work, effort and sweat a father and mother put in every single day is all about the children. Some marriages are only in existence “because” of the children. Furthermore, you will very often hear a father in shul saying, “If a Rabbi would ever ever touch my child, I will kill him”, “I will go to jail for life for my child”

The above statement and quotes are all very nice, very emotional and I am sure, when the father says it, he really means it! However, actions speak louder than w ords! And unless you are willing to back up what you say, it means nothing!

From the bottom of my heart, I believe every single father when they proclaim their love to their children! I truly believe him when he says he will go to jail for his son! I honestly believe him when he declares a death sentence on the man that molests his child! But let’s take a look at reality. The facts are that ONE OUT OF SIX BOYS are molested. Do you think that one out of six parents don’t love their child? Do you think that the children that are molested are only from broken homes? Do you think that it can’t happen to your child?

Let’s take it to the next step. Most families in our community are somewhere between 4 and 8 kids. Which translates into one of your children is being molested, or has a 99% chance of being molested. And these are not facts by Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg, these are facts by the US government (some claim that these numbers are way off and the actual numbers are ONE OUT OF FOUR).

So, you have now two options. 1. You can continue reading this article and get away from your computer and convince yourself that I am not talking to you. I am talking to your neighbor and your cousins, but it won’t happen by me. Or, 2. You can start doing something about it.

However, if you choose option one and just convinced yourself that I was not talking to you? Do me one favor! Don’t ever say “If a Rabbi would ever ever touch my child, I will kill him”, “I will go to jail for life for my child”. Because you don’t really mean it, because if you did, you would’ve at least given it some effort and checked it out.

Are you telling me that after he is molested you are willing to go to jail for him, but before he is molested you are not willing to go up to his school and check the environment?  After he is molested you are willing to go down for murder in order to show love for your little boy, but before he is molested he doesn’t deserve 10 minutes of love that you should request his school does a background check on rabbis and have a video camera in there?  And you are trying to convince me that you LOVE your child?  What kind of love is that? This is like buying life insurance after you die. No one will offer you a policy!

Nuchem Rosenberg is sick and bad and crazy and everything you can imagine. Fine we established that. But where are you? Where are your responsibilities as a parent?

I met this father last week and he told me “I pay enough for the schools that they should protect my child” I almost puked! That is comparable to saying I will not put a camera in my store by the cashier, because I pay them enough money that they should be honest. What kind of nonsense is that? What kind of love is that to your child?

If you are one of the fathers that was angry with Mr. Rubenstein for speaking up to the court in front of his child and showing him love?  Then you have no right in saying “I will go to jail for life for my child”. Because you don’t really mean it, because if you did, you would understand the pain this man had. Why are you willing to kill your childs molester and he doesn’t deserve the right to address his pain and agony in the court. And furthermore, this was not an accusation, this was after he was a CONVICTED MOLESTER!

There are another two heart-breaking statistic from the Dept. of education. 1. Close to 80% of children that were molested, never tell anyone about it (even a parent). 2. 90% of children that are molested know their molesters (i.e. cousin, uncle, teacher, etc.) In other words, chances are that if your child is molested, you will never know, and the molester is one of your best friends or someone you dance with at chasunas.

And you still think I am talking to your neighbor and not to you!

Then and Now

There are two types of people that email me questions. The first type is the NAMBLA group. The people who throw at me every day an “intelligent” question, and hope I don’t have an answer. When I do answer them, they throw me another one, and so on and so on. To those people I don’t even bother to respond, because they really are not interested to hear an answer, they just want to keep asking and asking and to protect the abusers in the community and to promote molestations and hush-hush.

The second groups of people are those who really are struggling with this issue. On one hand they know that Rabbi Nuchem is one hundred percent right, and on the other hand they are struggling with the community they live in. they are struggling with the Rabbis who do not speak out about this issue, and they are confused with the real Daas torah how to deal with this problem.

One of the most common questions I get from them is. “ then and Now” How come we didn’t hear of these problems 50 years ago? Where were the Rabbis 50 years ago, 70 years ago and 100 years ago?

I will answer this question and give you the reasons and explanations of this whole issue. Let me first preface this with one simple explanation.

No matter what happened 50 years ago or 100 years ago, it should not really make a difference on how we tackle a problem today! Just because there was no such a thing as “Girls schools” 80 years ago, does not mean that we should not have one in today’s generation. Just because Things were not dealt with 100 years ago, does not mean that we can not tackle a problem in the community, but nevertheless here are two facts.

1.  There were problems 100 years ago and there were action then as well. The difference is very simple. Back then when someone molested a boy, his destiny was: A date with the Matzo oven on Erev Pesach! They took an individual like that and physically harmed him and threw him in to the oven or dumped him into the lake just like they did with a “Mussir” or with any other major problem in the community. The same goes for even 50 years ago, when you could not do these kinds of things anymore here in the USA, The shammas R’ Cheskel Wertzberger met with the offender along with 2-3 other people and beat the living crap out of this individual.

2.   You can not compare years ago to toady! Even as close as only 30 years ago, a Get (divorce) was dealt differently with, A swindler was dealt differently with and any kind of community issues were dealt differently as its being dealt today! The strong hand of the Law, changed the way we deal in our community with issues, and to a certain extend gave the offenders some protection from citizens abuse.

The bottom line is: These problems were always dealt with Action and severe punishments. However, in today’s day and age. The law of the land is very strong and you must abide by it! And that goes both ways! You can not harm a man anymore like you used to or he will have you arrested and thrown into prison, including if you are a rabbi in the community and, you can not punish a man with your own law and your style of punishment and revenge.

In conclusion you have only one choice! And that is to make sure you follow the law and to ALLOW the law of land to keep safety and civility among us. And you must respect the land that we live in and allow its judicial system to deal with criminals.

100 years ago if there was a murderer in Debretzin, Hungary. The community went to that guy’s house in middle of the night (with the approval of the Rabbis) and dumped his sorry ass in the ocean and no soul had a clue what happened. Today you will not find one Rabbi condoning such action, they will tell you to call the Police and dump him in prison. Why a molester should be any different is mind boggling! Why not give a murderer a chance for healing as well? Why not punish him and make him say Tehillim 3 times and send him to therapy?

I think the main issue in our community is the fact that you don’t realize the severity of a molester among us! You don’t comprehend the damage a monster like that, inflicts upon his young victims! You don’t grasp the hurt that a Yissuscher (Barry) Kohn from New Square leaves on a 7 year old child after he violently rapes her repeatedly! You cant imagine the lifetime pain and suffering a 11 year old boy is left with, after a pig like Betzalel Dym has intercourse with him and warns him to don’t tell anyone.

Please! do me a favor sit down right now, close your eyes, thing of your 8 year old Moshele or your 9 year old Ruchele and envision how Yechiel Brauner takes off Moshele’s pants and inserts his penis in to his back side! Is that very graphic for you? GOOD! Is that very painful to even thing? Hmmmm! Do you want to strangle him to death now? I hope so, otherwise please give up your parenthood card, and hire a full time nanny!

Imagine Yoily Oberlander raping your 11 year old Ruchele (just like he did in Monsey, NY) and leaving her to a life full of pain forever. Now, imagine even a worst part. You found out that The Rabbi said you can not testify against him, it’s forbidden! Let me tell you what your next move will be (since history proved it 50 times). You will call Rabbi Nuchem and cry for help! That’s exactly what the other victims did. Not because rabbi nuchem is their rabbi, Not because Rabbi nuchem is the holiest man on the planet. But because you will then see, that he is absolutely right and correct and you will be a lost man with out him!

Ladies and gentleman. It’s high time to end this vicious cycle! It’s high time to unite under Rabbi Nuchem for the sake of a clean community, for the sake of a molesting-free zone in our schools, for the sake of a lifetime free of pain for our kids generation and for no other reason but that the man is right and he deserves our support.

Pig on the loose

There is a  Pig on the loose! There is a mega filthy lowlife on the loose and it is critical that you stay away from this piece of rubbish

מילך לייפער a self pronounced psychologist is roaming the streets and plundering on young couples. He supposedly is there to “help them” in their marriages, and before you know it he rapes them and abuses them in the name of love and training.
Scumbag Elimelech Leifer

Rapist and abuser מילך לייפער (Elimelech Leifer) was born in 1959 in Montreal Canada, and as a small boy moved to Antwerp Belgium. This scum bag has been a fraud and a swindler all his life, hurt hundreds of people on the way, stole thousands of dollars and has a despicable record of preying on the unfortunate and milking them out of money and everything else possible.

In the teen years his parents sent him to a local Rabbi as a live-in student, in order to salvage his life, but were quickly released when he tried to rape the Rabbis daughter.

This skunk is a danger to society and a menace to humanity! Stay far far away from this animal or you will pay bitter consequences. This dirt is a shrewd man and his victims are plenty! I have spoken to some of them and it is incredible how sneaky this low life is and how he was able to get away with it.

The local authorities are finally on to him, and are finally being monitored and it seems that some of the victim are slowly starting to tell the abuse he put them through!

This picture on the left is of last year purim, he was dressed up as a hipi! this is how he should really look all year around and the above picture is what he should look on Purim, since he is a fraud all year round.

This scumbag also opened a hotel / whorehouse on the 87 in New York. There was terrible abuse there. He had undercover cameras in the rooms and did terrible stuff. But the State police finally caught up to him within the past 2 weeks and the hotel/ brothel is temporary closed.

Here is a sample of his “one on one” sessions with a future victim! Discretion is advised, since this sewer is spewing filth and soil!

Admins note: We did editing on this audio tape and muted the voice of the victim - but did not alter his part at all

Emergency Update:

In only 2 hours this article has been up, we have gotten astonishing emails regarding this scumbag. It seems, his victims are all over the world!

Listen up you fertilizer! After Yom Tov we will get on your case and  destroy your rape and sodomy business. We will put a big lock on it, and put a stop to your games!

The light at the end of the Tunnel

Rabbi nuchem has gotten many calls from three Rabbis (all of which, have signed the isolation letter against him) that they want to sit down and talk.

Let me be the first to tell you that when I heard this from Rabbi Nuchem, I said to myself, I think he is hallucinating and a bit feverish. Why would they want to sit with him? A person they hate so much. So I did a little of investigating of my own and saw that it is all true.

I will not mention all the names right now but I will mention Rabbi Israel Hager from Monsey. I did my research and confirmed it with  different sources’, and I will tell you what is going on here.

I will break you down different factors.
1. The problem
2. The solution
3. The record, and
4. the guilty conscious

The Problem
The rabbis and the community leaders have known all along that there is a major problem in our community with child abuse, molestation, unqualified teachers and covering up the problem. However, they had a major dilemma how to tackle this issue for many reasons and different people had agendas why to cover it up.

It came to a point where young children who were molested in the past, grew up and started families of their own. These young men and women are not made of the “Hungarian Marmaroshe” material that you put on a set of blinders and go with the program. These were people that wanted action, and wanted to see there children be in a safe environments.

As these people were complaining, the School principals and rabbis for obvious and multiple reasons shushed them up. They knew their job was on the line, they knew who the culprits are and they knew that the complaints are legit.

One nice day, along came a man named Nuchem Rosenberg. He started to complain and wanted answers, so these rabbis did what they do best they warned him to shut up or else. Little did they know that this time its not going to work. They had a major problem on their hands. There is this “Meshigene guy” that does not take NO for an answer. What are we to do? We have to shut him up! He can expose us all.

We all know how they dealt with it. They Put Rabbi Rosenberg is Cheirem (isolation) and they were so proud with themselves and they thought, “We got him good”

(I will come back to the cheirem part soon and discuss how baseless it is and how it means nothing and most of all Most REAL EHRLICHE YIDEN laugh at this Cheirem and by Now even the ones who signed it, laugh at it and they are sick with the signature they give for it.)

The bottom line was tough, every one knew THEN that there is a problem and everyone knows NOW that there is a problem and it is very clear that there is only one man doing something to tackle this problem and without Rabbi nuchem our streets would’ve looked like “The village” in the city. Hashem yerachem!

The solution
In the United States, punishment has always been the primary goal to achieve when dealing with individuals who commit acts of crime. Many theorists throughout history have argued which is more effective, punishment or rehabilitation. The effectiveness of punishment and rehabilitation has been analyzed to see the effects on victims and offenders and also the social and fiscal impact on our society.

The Classical School of Criminology has proposed that punishment is used to create deterrence and the Positive School of Criminology uses the practice of rehabilitation to reduce recidivism. Deterrence is one of the primary goals in the criminal justice system and it is described as special or specific deterrence and general deterrence. The purpose of special/specific deterrence is to instill fear on the offender so that they will not commit future crime. General deterrence is based on punishing offenders to instill fear in society, otherwise known as teaching society a lesson and showing the consequences of committing crime.

Punishment has always been imposed based on the idea that it will deter individuals from committing crime or repeating criminal acts. Incapacitation has been the most common form of punishment, however research demonstrates that recidivism amongst convicted felons following release from prison is as high as 63% and that most prison inmates had arrest records and convictions prior to their current offense. (Bureau of Justice Statistics, 1989) Punishment through incarceration is a temporary fix to crime while the offender is confined. The maximum sentence of life in prison and the death penalty has even been debated on whether they are deterrence to crime. There are so many underlying factors within the criminal justice system that may contribute to why punishment has not been as effective as anticipated such as the appeal process in death penalty cases and the length of time that an offender sits on death row.

Others argue that rehabilitation is a more permanent fix in deterring crime. Rehabilitation through community supervision can have a more lasting effect on individuals and deter them from committing future crime if they learn how to adapt in society by gaining academic or trade skills. These programs can help offenders find employment and secure an important role in the community and give them a sense of being. Therapy is another form of rehabilitation needed to help deter individuals from committing future crime. Some examples of therapy include drug therapy to those offenders addicted to drugs and psychological counseling to those offenders who grew up in an abusive household. Rehabilitation is based on creating a change in the criminal's attitude or resources so that crime is neither a desired nor necessary activity. When an individual is sentenced to probation, it gives them the opportunity to remain self-supporting within the community and not using the taxpayer and states money to house them in a correctional facility.
Victim Impact
In many cases, victim rights tend to be overshadowed by the rights of the accused. The courts are obligated to give a defendant their Constitutional rights including the right to a speedy trial, the right to counsel, the right to confront witnesses, and due process under the law. Up until recently, victim's rights were never recognized as an important role in the criminal justice system. In the past, victims and their families were often treated as inconveniences, ignored throughout trial proceedings, and sometimes even forced to stay out of the courtroom as the proceedings went on. These issues have caused many victims to feel neglected and even re-victimized by the courts. On October 30th, 2004, The Crime Victims' Rights Act was signed into law by President Bush to guarantee rights to victims of federal crime. These rights include, to be reasonably protected from the accused offender and to receive reasonable and timely notice of any public proceeding involving the crime or of any public proceeding.

The majority of society, including victims of crime prefers swift punishment to rehabilitation through community supervision. According to the BJS Sourcebook of Criminal Justice Statistics, more than three-quarters of the public see punishment as the primary justification for sentencing. They also report that more than 70 percent believe that incapacitation is the only sure way to prevent future crimes, and more than three-quarters believe that the courts are too easy on criminals. Public opinion supports the increased use of prisons to give criminals just desserts.

When a victim or the victims' family feels that their offender does not receive the appropriate sentence, it causes emotional stress and also financial strain when restitution is not implemented.

Community supervision can also benefit victims in certain ways. When an offender is sentenced to intense supervision through probation, they have the ability to pay restitution through employment.

Other forms of rehabilitation through community supervision may also benefit a victim or their families such as programs such as one that was introduced in my county. The program is a group of victims called the Victim Impact Panel who talk to offenders that are convicted of drunk driving. These individuals are brought face to face with victims and their family members of drunk driving. These programs have high hopes of deterring individuals from committing such acts.

Offender Impact
Punishment through incarceration has many effects on convicted criminals. Incarceration has many effects on the offender psychological well-being. When an offender is separated from their family, it causes severe depression. Supporters of rehabilitation versus punishment argue that sentencing offenders to incarceration hurt the family structure by contributing to single parenting. They also argue that punishment causes social disorientation, alienation, and also increases the risk of recidivism. When an offender is released from incarceration, they face social isolation, stigmatism, economic and employment challenges. Rehabilitation through community supervision eliminates many of these issues, such as the economic & employment factor. Probation allows offenders to remain with their families, continue working or find employment under close supervision.

Drug Courts
There are certain crimes that would benefit from rehabilitation more so than punishment, such as non-violent drug related. Criminals who commit acts of crimes to support their drug habit need treatment more than punishment. In many states, such as New York, Drug courts have been established. Drug courts represent the coordinated efforts of the judiciary, prosecution, defense bar, probation, law enforcement, mental health, social service, and treatment communities to actively and forcefully intervene and break the cycle of substance abuse, addiction, and crime. Drug courts quickly identify substance-abusing offenders and place them under strict court monitoring and community supervision, coupled with effective, long-term treatment services. The National Drug Court Institute describes the process that a participant as an intense regimen of substance abuse and mental health treatment, case management, drug testing, and probation supervision while reporting to regularly scheduled status hearings before a judge. In addition, drug courts may provide job skill training, family/group counseling, and many other life-skill enhancement services. Data consistently show that treatment, when completed is effective and loss more cost effective.

Social Impact upon Society
The social impact of punishment and rehabilitation varies from the increasing costs of correctional facilities to the disruption of families to the fear of criminals released into community. Society's view plays a major role in the criminal justice system. Society's belief's in the "just desserts" theory has played a role in the courts. The push for mandatory sentencing has even entered political campaigns in response to the public. "Getting tough on crime" was the basis behind different mandatory sentencing practices. The increase of correctional facilities is also related to society's impact on punishment versus rehabilitation.

Pedophillia
All of the above are for crimes that don’t impact the victim for life (i.e. drugs, theft, ) and the victims are mostly adults. However when comes to pedophilia, there is a while new debate: Is pedophilia a disease to be treated, or a crime to be punished? Are people who seduce minors sick or evil? Our current legal and medical systems blur both views. We call for the most draconian punishments (life imprisonment, castration, permanent exile) precisely because we view these acts as morally heinous, yet also driven by uncontrollable biological urges. if IIIfsex with children is truly the product of freely made moral choices, then we should deal with it through the criminal justice system. But if it is a genetically over-determined impulse, an uncontrollable urge nestled in our DNA, then punishing pedophiles must be morally wrong. As science—and culture—increasingly medicalizes bad behavior, finding a neurological component to everything from alcoholism to youth violence, we run the parallel risks of either absolving everyone for everything, or punishing "criminals" who are no guiltier than cancer patients.

What science has revealed about the moral/medical roots of pedophiles is, of course, ambiguous. What is clear is that the binary choice laid out above is an oversimplification. The medical community, which started to view pedophilia as a disease rather than a crime in the 19th century, has amassed evidence that at least some violent and antisocial behaviors have genetic links and signposts. But researchers have been unable to isolate a biological cause for pedophilia, or even to agree on a personality profile. Not to mention the terrific confusion within the medical community in defining what this "disease" really involves. Until a few years ago, for example, the DSM-IV—the Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders—defined pedophilia as a disease only if the sufferer's "fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning." In other words, a non-impaired, remorseless pedophile was apparently perfectly healthy.

There are 2 types of molesters. Some Molesters engage in sex with children for a variety of reasons and sometimes these reasons have little to do with sexual desires. This type of offender, called a situational child molester, does not possess a genuine sexual preference for children. Rather, the motivational factors are criminal in nature. In some cases, the offender's sexual abuse of young people is a natural outgrowth of other forms of abuse in his life. That abuse is a continuation of a process by which he has mistreated his friends, colleagues, spouse and family members. He will have low self-esteem, maintain poor moral standards and view sex with children as an opportunity to prolong the violence that is already an active component of his existence. Other situational offenders see children as a substitute for an adult partner. Although these types of offenders do not harbor a singular sexual desire for children, they may react to a built up sexual impulse or anger, that to them, is irresistible. However, the victim is incidental. It could have been a store clerk, an elderly person or simply a woman walking down a lonely street. Because of the circumstances at hand, , the victim happened to be a child. His main criterion for a victim is availability.

The most common molester is defined as a preferential child molester. These offenders have a sexual preference for children and usually maintain these desires throughout their lives. Preferential child molesters can have an astounding number of victims and these crimes can remain undiscovered for many years. In 1995, a child molestation case in Texas caused a national uproar when the suspect was due to be released from prison after serving a six-year sentence for the rape of a 6year-old boy. He told the police that he got away with abusing over 240 children before getting caught for molesting a single child and if released, would do it again.
One long-term study of hundreds of sex offenders found that the pedophile child molester committed an average of 281 acts with 150 partners. These types of offenders wreak havoc upon society far out of proportion to their numbers.

The preferential child molester exhibits distinct patterns of behavior that are common among his kind. They will seduce children by buying gifts and appealing to their emotional weakness. This requires the offender to develop a friendship with the child or utilize an existing relationship with the victim. In more than 90 percent of the rapes of children less than 12 years old, the offender knew the victim (U.S. Department of Justice). Other offenders will engage in self-exposure or personally harass children. Simply stated, the preferential child molester is a pedophile who has carried his fantasies and desires into reality. A small minority of these types of offenders may be sadistic in nature and inflict pain or torture upon their victims. These individuals, like any other criminal, can be brutal and sadistic. Such an individual was Britain's most famous and despised child molester, Bill Malcolm.
In 1981, Malcolm was convicted of raping a 3-year-old girl and sent to prison. When he was released in 1984, he returned to rape the same terrified girl who was then 6 years old. Malcolm was angry that she had identified him as the rapist. He later told cops he wanted revenge. He was charged again in 1994 with rape and assault on four children who he allegedly tied to a bed and forced to perform sex acts. A judge later made a favorable ruling in Malcolm's case and he walked out of the courtroom a free man. But child molesters evoke little sympathy from the general public. On February 18 2000, two men showed up at Malcolm's doorstep and promptly put a bullet in his head. One person said what a lot of Londoners were feeling: "Whoever did this deserves a medal!" N.Y. Post, February 20, 2000).

The bottom line is clear that for 99% of child molesters there is only one solution, and that is to put him behind bars and throw away the key otherwise he will rape and molest again.

The Record.
The record of the rabbis in our community is a terrible one. They have never taken the side of the victim and always taken the side of the abuser. And there are many reasons for it.

1.   The molesters are con artists. They put up a face in front of the Rabbi and start crying “I made a mistake” “I do Teshuva” and most of these rabbis buy it. Hence, Yichiel “Jerry” Brauner (who incidentally is a first cousin to Rabbi Rosenberg – and to the Rabbis credit he has been going strong after this piece of filth) who molested thousands upon thousands of kids, went to Skulener rabbi every time he was caught and cried “I am sorry” and the rabbi bought his bull shit, told him to say Tehillim 3 times and the rabbi urged the victims to drop the charges. There are multiple stories similar to this one.

2.   Most rabbis are not qualified to handle this problem. They have no idea how to deal with it, and they should not get involved with things they don’t know. They should all get a course in child molestations patterns and history of predators and then they will see how you are supposed to deal with it.

3.   NO GUTS! They can not make a controversy tough decision. Its all about their own standing in the community and their own image. And until that changes, there is nothing to bring to the table. They must be able to make a tough strong decision and not be scared of the consequences.

In conclusion. The records of our Rabbis are sickening and horrendous! Until the HOLY Rabbi Nuchem took a stand in this community, there was a free-for-all for every predator. And at the current status, if Rabbi Nuchem would go away and leave it to the rabbis, our streets would become a garden of eden to the child molesters. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!

The guilty conscious
It has come now to a point, that the Rabbis are seeing the big Boo-Boo they made here. They know they goofed up, they know the molestations in our community, they know the schools and the mikvahs are a paradise to the abusers, they know that they are mostly to blame for sitting back and not only doing nothing, but making it possible for these monsters to go with their dirty work. And most of all THEY KNOW THAT Rabbi NUCHEM WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG!

So their conscious is playing on their minds and now they want to “talk”! they send messages upon messages they want to “sit down” and discuss the issues. Well rabbis let me spell it out to you and give you some guidelines you must agree before wasting your time. And here is your check list.

1. There will be no restrictions and protecting of anyone (including a Rabbi who supports molesters).
2. The hotline won’t shut down until Rabbi Nuchem feels that the time has come that it is not needed anymore.
3. You will show rabbi nuchem a “legit blueprint” on what you plan to do with the next molester you catch! (The kosover chasirs way of punishing him by putting the books every night in the case, is not a very productive one.)
4. You will set up a office for the community in the center of  Lee Ave. and  13th Ave that takes every kids accusations seriously and thoroughly investigated. and then given over to the Police dept.
5. You will introduce “prevention and education” in our school system

Once you show an effort and a willingness to make some legit suggestions and progress, that’s when you can “sit down” with Rabbi Nuchem. But before you are willing to do something real and all you want to do is “talk” and therapy for your conscious”? Don’t waste your time! It didn’t work 3 years ago and it won’t work now!

In essence Rabbi Nuchem should not even give you guys the time of the day after what you did to him, but for the sake of the children and the sake of clean streets and clean class rooms, he is willing to do it once you obliged the above mentioned criteria.

ויזכר להם בריתו וינחם כרב חסדיו

Justice.

The following is a video of a child molester in prison! Guys, think twice what you are doing, if the morality of this crime does not phase you, maybe this video will!

The beatings that this prisoner got, took over an hour before the guiards broke it up. You think they didn’t know? Haha think again!

No one except our local rabbis could care less what happens to these molesters.

This next one was in Mexico. They caught him in the act and they didn’t wait for the police. In our schools he would’ve gotten a “warning” and he would’ve been sentenced to 10 hours of helping put away the seforim in the shul. Great going!

Pain!

You must check out the following two videos. In short: This man was molested as a kid by a family member, went to his father, and his father didn’t believe him, And of course his younger brother was raped too, so he took to the airways. (sounds familiar?)

Let me warn you these two videos are extremely full of foul language, as the victim can't control his rage, but it’s a must for every parent to watch.

I sometimes think to myself, what would it take for people to open their eyes and see what’s going on? Why are people so reluctant to protect their kids? Why is it when I was a victim of a teacher, and came forward after struggling long and hard, there were still people who said I am a liar?

I will tell you one thing though. After the fact, if G-d forbids your family member became a victim of molestation, you will kick yourself forever for not listening; you will tear your hair from your head for not being aggressive in fighting this terrible plague and cancer in our community.

I must be able to get through to you BEFORE this happens to your loved one. Please, I am asking for 10 minutes of your time, so your kid does NOT look like this guy in the video! Get involved in your community and demand protection for your child.

Get over it!

Someone who is not an alcoholic can not understand how a man would drink so much, get wasted, and put his entire family in danger. Some who is not addicted to painkillers can not comprehend how a perfectly smart man would jeopardize his family and his life for a little bit of cocaine.

The Talmud teaches us ואל תדון את חברך עד שתגיע למקומו “don't judge your friend until you are in his place”. People wonder why victims are still angry 20 and 30 years later? Why bring up stories of people that are dead already? Why not just move on? Let it go and continue with your life!

Well it is impossible to explain this to someone who is lucky enough not to go through this pain, let me show you a video and an article of a victim, perhaps that will open your mind and get a glimpse of pain that a human can have, and why it is so necessary to get closure and healing.

Warning: Video contains foul language
The case cannot be prosecuted because the statute of limitations for such a crime has passed.

(Sept. 21) -- A New York Web designer obsessed with finding the person who molested him 40 years ago finally tracked down and confronted his alleged attacker. Then the man admitted to the sexual assaults in a covert videotape that is now on YouTube.

Ron Tebo, 47, says he and one of his three younger sisters were sexually assaulted in 1970 by a teenage neighbor nicknamed "Butch," who brought a brother along as a lookout. The attack happened inside a 1957 Ford Fairlane parked in the back of Tebo's home in a small town in rural New York.

Tebo says he was assaulted several other times by Butch but never told his single mother or grandmother. After helping track down a pedophile in California, he decided to aggressively seek out his own attacker in 2007. By then, his mother and grandmother had died and wouldn't have to endure the pain of that long-ago incident.

So the next best thing in Tebo's mind would be to expose Butch to the world, which Tebo has done on awebsite titled "Finding Butch -- one man's journey to find the neighbor who abused him." Tebo has posted an 11-minute video of his confrontation with Butch, who still lives not far from their boyhood homes. AOL News has an abbreviated version of this tape and has blurred the face of Butch.

"When I found him, I was scared," Tebo told AOL News. "How was I going to spring this on him? My intention was to get a confession, that's what I wanted to do, that was my goal."

In the tape, made last month, Tebo interrogates Butch, who says, "Well, I'm sorry, I don't know what you want me to do. I'm sorry, I truly am. I moved on with my life and I hope you made something of yours and I'm sorry."

The man is asked how many of Tebo's sisters he molested.

"One of them," Butch replies.

Butch is also asked if he remembered a car parked on the property. He acknowledges that it was a Ford Fairlane. He apologizes numerous times, saying he has children and has turned his life around.

Calls to Butch seeking comment were not returned.

Investigator Tom Spulecki with the New York State Police Department said he spoke to Tebo about the case and then contacted the Erie County District Attorney's Office, but was told the case could not be filed.

"It was their decision that they couldn't take it any further," Spulecki told AOL News.

The law changed in 2006, eliminating the statute of limitations on certain sex crimes, but it is not retroactive.

"Of course it's frustrating," said DA bureau chief Rosanne Johnson of her inability to prosecute old sex crimes even though she may have confessions.

"One of our last conversations was that he wanted some closure and wasn't sure what he would do when he found him," Spulecki said of Tebo.

But in the wake of confronting his alleged attacker, Tebo has decided to forge ahead and see if Butch had molested anyone else. Tebo also seeks to help other molestation victims find closure by helping them confront their emotions.

A Web designer, Tebo stepped into the spotlight in 2007, when he began tracking down Jack McClellan, an admitted pedophile who cruised the West Coast and talked openly about his exploits on a website, Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love.

An anti-McClellan website hosted by Tebo hit the Internet and pretty soon mass-media exposure from "Larry King Live," Fox News, and CNN led to McClellan's arrest outside a Los Angeles child day care center. That's when Tebo decided to confront his own attacker and began his quest in earnest. He went back to his old neighborhood and found Butch's house, which was vacant and in foreclosure. But the property had an important clue: Butch's family name was still on the mailbox.

Tebo went through property records to obtain a first name. First he found the name of Butch's father, then he trolled the Internet until he found the man's obituary, which had Butch's real name listed as next of kin. After that, Tebo just knocked on doors until he got leads as to where the man might be living, which wasn't very far away.

The final puzzle piece was just a coincidence when Tebo obtained a client in the area where Butch lived.

"I just happened to ask her if she knew this man, and she said he worked for her and she would take me to where he was," Tebo said.

Let me just remind everyone. I am here to protect our kids and that’s all i am here for! I have no other interest, agenda, motive or anything I want to gain. I don’t get money for this, I am not suing anyone, and I don’t enjoy this at all.

I will not get frustrated by these same 3 “IP addresses” that comment here, and I will not give up the fight. I am comfortable with my position, I am at ease with my decision and I fully believe that this is what G-d wants me to do. So keep commenting, harassing or cursing me, my wife, my kids and my grandchildren. I spit it straight back at you, and it does not phase me in the least.

Have a happy sukkos everyone and enjoy the Yom Tov.

Community Service

Ladies and gentleman,

Due to the financial strain and the bad economy these days and due to the discovery of dead people that were abusers, I have decided to team up with a big non-for-profit organization  to offer “A tombstone exchange program” for any one needed, or for people who cant afford it.

For example. This beautiful stone is usually 2495.00 but we offer it for free as a service for the truth. Otherwise they will write all different kind of lies and dishonesty praise on him, so we offer to write the truth and we will pay for it.

Here we offer our exchange program. This guy got already a tombstone and was erected on its place, but it is very costly to change it. So here we come again and offer a free service for the truth,  so his real memoirs are remembered for ever.

We also have a program for the less fortunate that were killed in the line of fire. We will help you as well and make sure you are remembered the right way forever!

We also have many different items that might be interested for you! Here are some examples. Feel free to request a free catalog from us!

We will customize it for your mikvah, school or any other venue you want.

Finally we have also put one aside for our Hero Rabbi Nuchem, and we will remember him as well for all the good he did in this world!

Chain reaction.

The following is a letter I received from a reader, and called him up and spoke with him to get details and verify it. It turns out that I remember him from cheder and  we caught up on the “good ole times”  but I am glad that we were able to reminisce on our younger years.

Dear Blog admin,

I want to congratulate you on your fine work and on your courage to open your secrets and life and your pain to the public.

I am a former Talmud of R’ braver and B’H I was never molested by him, but I was “big time” touched and fondled” by a different teacher in the same school, and never ever told anyone (except for friends in shul) abut it, I was embarrassed, ashamed and scared.  And honestly, now that I see the backlash you are getting just for mentioning your story (which I fully believe you) it confirms my thinking that I always thought, that no one will believe me.

The teacher that touched me inappropriately is also not alive anymore, his name was R’ Abba Hirsh, he pulled down my pants on a daily basis, touched my genitals and pushed my hands towards his genitals. I can honestly say that I don’t believe it effected me much through out my life, but every so often it gets me mad  and a little down, but overall my life has been smooth sailing for the most part.

I can also tell you that while discussing it with guys “non challantly” there seems to bbe that I was NOT the only one! It’s almost like “oh he was an old chazir – we all knew it”.

Well, just like you, I am not telling this story because I want to call him t court or I want to win some money here, I am just telling it as a warning and a reminder to everyone involved with kids. Don’t even touch little kids, because it will come back to hurt you 20 years later. Kids remember thins vividly and you never know when they will decide to talk.

Feel free to publish my name; I am not embarrassed in the least. And you can always reach me at 718.38-.----

Sincerely
S…… ………..

Editors Note:

I advised him after talking to him, to not publish his name. Also, I feel better now that I have publicized my molesters name Mr. braver, because people see that you can get revenge and justice after all even 30 years later. I have gotten also many more emails accusing other teachers and principals, but I need to verify them first.

10 years behind!

I have gotten so much hate mail after the last two articles I posted, that it gave me a whole new bundle of energy to write even more and expand on my agenda to end child molestation and sexual abuse in our community.

As a Chassidic person myself and a member of the Williamsburg community I have witnessed first handedly the “10 YEAR BEHIND” syndrome and I think its time to let go of it.

30 years ago, when a family had a child “Lo uleinu” that was not healthy or was mentally challenged, he or she were basically put away in a closet and was hidden from the public, so the rest of the family can live a “normal” life, and the neighbors should not know about it.

It took years and years of convincing the community that it’s no ones fault that you have a sick child, and it is not a bad reflection on the rest of the family, and its time to go for help.

Little by little, the community started to see that it is not acceptable and they must change what they are doing, and follow the right way of doing things, they went for help, and one family supported the next one, and before you knew, there were many organizations (i.e. Chush, Yeled v’yalda, Refuah, etc.) in the community, and it was standard procedure for families to use these organizations as needed.

If you stop and think for a second. “Why would you hide a child and not help him“? It is almost impossible to imagine that a normal human being would withhold any possible help and assistance from their own child. That’s how odd it seems now! but back then, the majority of our community did not think this way. It took us 10 years to catch up with the rest of the world and recognize the importance of it.

Imagine how many more kids would’ve enjoyed a healthy lifestyle if their parents would have just given them that little extra help they so badly needed. Imagine how many grown men and women are deprived of a normal life, due to the lack of therapy they didn’t get as a little infants.

In today’s age if a parent has a baby that was born 3 lbs instead of 6 lbs or any other type of complication, the city automatically offers you physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and any kind of help and assistance to make sure this child has a real chance in life. If a woman would refuse this help you would say that she is crazy and furthermore the city would investigate why she is not allowing this help, that’s how vital this help is and that’s how normal these procedures are.

Ladies and gentleman, I believe when we are talking about molestation and child abuse, we are in the middle of the “10 year behind” syndrome!

Lets fast forward 10 years from now, Let’s make believe we are in the year of 2021when its “normal” to have a video camera in every classroom, when its normal to report a sexual predator in our community, when its normal to protect our children, when its normal to get rid of teachers that are molesters, when its normal to do a background check on every single employee at your kids school, when its normal to educate our little kids about the bad people that try to lure them in and how they should protect themselves, when its normal that a kid comes forward and your first instinct is not to say “you are a liar”, when its normal to have 50 rabbi Rosenbergs in Williamsburg preaching awareness, You will look back at today’s age and say WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? WHY WERE THEY SITTING IDLE? DID THEY NOT CARE?

Never mind the fact that satmar will somehow take credit for it and claim that they worked all along for it. Never mind that the rabbis will eat their own dust and somehow find a way to blame Yitzchok stern for the whole isolation letter. Nevertheless it will be normal procedure every single thing that Rabbi nuchem us telling you now!

The million dollar question though, is WHY WAIT? WHY NOT NOW? Look at the statistics! Every day that passes, your kid has a greater chance of being abused and molested. When will you wake up? It is embarrassing that I even need to push you to do this! Your instinct as a parent should push you to get involved! Your instinct as your child’s protector should kick-in and you should do everything possible even if its only 1% possibility - let alone when the numbers are at 20% (1 out of 5 boys).

Lets cut down to the chase! You must be real gullible to think that there is no molesting happening in our community. On the other hand though, you don’t hear anything from the leaders and Rabbis. So what gives? It’s being whitewashed! It’s being pushed under the rug. Your kids will grow up and they will hate you for not supporting them – if you are lucky-, If you are not that lucky, you might not recognize them! I am not asking you for an unachievable project, I am not asking you for an impossible assignment, I am not asking you for a large amount of money. I am asking you to double check on the well being of your children! Is that too much to ask? Can you ever be too protective of your little neshumele? If he would get a little cut on his forehead you would travel hundreds of miles to find a doctor that does great stitches, so his face looks beautiful. Doe he not deserve 10 minutes of your time that you should check out his surroundings? Forget me, Forget Rabbi Nuchem, Forget the politics! Just do it for your kid!
