The clock is ticking.

It is no secret that molestations and rape in our community has been going on for the past 50 years without any interference. The molesters had an open field and an open range. There was no shame into it, there was no embarrassment to be a molester and you were able to be a molester and still be a “respected” community member.

There is also no secret that Rabbi nuchem accomplished in 2 years, what no one was willing to do in the last 50 years. He came out with the facts, he exposed the hypocrisy, and he took on “head-on” with the biggest sharks in our community.

Common sense indicates, that rabbi Nuchem should’ve had a street named after him or at least, given a plaque to recognize his bravery.  But instead, we all know what he got. He got a bullet in his head, and a life of suffering.

I have taken it upon myself to right the wrong and to fix the insincerity and disgrace thrown upon this hero.

I have compiled, arranged and signed up ten respected people in the community and off-the-record deliberated this disgrace.  All of them were in agreement that Rabbi Nuchem is a hero and he is the sole man responsible for a clean community.

On “Isru Chag Shavous” we are going to put in Cheirem all the people that signed the “Cheirem” against Rabbi Nuchem.

These 10 people are top-notch scholars that are dedicated to Torah and holiness. These are not just 10 bodies; these are 10 of the most respected people in the community and people that are unlike these rabbis’ that are being paid by the community and scared for their own skin. These are real top-notch Torah-observing  humans.

The facts will speak for itself. Chazal teach us and warn us the consequences of a man that is put in cheirem, they don’t end up very nicely. The mere fact that Rabbi Nuchem is striving and moving ahead is a testimony for itself that the Lag-lag cheirem is insignificant and worthless.  However the cheirem we are doing this coming Isru chag IY’H will HIT ITS SPOT!

Chazal teach us that we must warn before we punish. Let this be an official warning to these 33 “so-called-Rabbis” The game is over and time has come to stand behind your action.

You “Dirty-33” know full well that this cheirem was done with absolute no Torah authority or rightness.  We on the other hand will do this cheirem with full force and follow it to its core.

Listen up clearly dirty-33!

Unlike your toilet-paper-cheirem, this cheirem will hit the spot and when God punishes you and treats you the way he said he will treat people in your position, you will have nowhere to run! It will be too late, the cheirem will be sealed and delivered and you will not know where to turn. Keep laughing now, but it won’t be very funny for too much longer.

I am doing a 360 – Party Time.

After the latest arrest of “Alleged-molester” Gelbman and after the 120-day furlough Convicted molester Lebowitz got and the entire community came to visit the holy Kamarna Rabbi and after all the recent stories of many community big shots (i.e. Webberman, etc.) I think I am changing my attitude and approach and I am doing a 360 on this entire molestation issue.

I think all the videos of the schools should be taken out, The mikvahs should be open with no guards, the ladies-shul should be open during Shabbos-by-Mincha (with the lights closed), we should sign a petition and beg the Judge to let jerry Brauner stay in the community, Petition the Bobov Yeshiva to never fire Mr. Greenfield and so on and on.

It’s obvious that our community loves molestation on many levels. So let’s support  it and get used to this life style. Let’s respect the wish of the people.

First - the fathers never report when their kids are molested, so they can do a shidduch 10 years later. Forget the fact, that these kids will be screwed for life, that’s not important as long as it’s under the rug and no one knows about it.

Second - The community keeps protecting and supporting the molesters while they torture the victims. The rabbis protect them as well. A teacher or Rabbi has no shot of getting fired after he is caught (Sometimes they do – but are rehired as soon as the statute of limitation runs out).

Third – We finally get lucky and we find a man who is willing to take it on the chin for the sake of the children; Willing to take a bullet in the head for the sake of safe streets; Willing to forfeit any kind of a normal life style for the sake of future generations; Willing to take constant abuse and mistreatment for speaking the truth, and what happens to him? He is labeled a “Man in Chirem”!  Go ask any Rabbi that signed that piece of toilet paper, why is rabbi Rosenberg in Cheirem? He will not be able to pin point it to you, it will go something like this “He is not a good example for our community” –  “He is not listening to the rabunimm” - “He is a Musir a Sheigats a Manivel”   Great! Can you give me an example of what exactly he did?  This is where they all draw a blank or say “ I rather not discuss it. So I follow up with another question. Assuming he is all the above, isn’t cheirem saved for the worst of the worst? Is he the worst in the community for trying to make sure that 12 year olds are not taken to hotels and being mishandled like trash?  And this is where the conversation always ends.

Bottom line it is clear that molestation is no big deal in this community, so I decided I will open a GAY Bar and club on Lee Ave this coming summer and let us live our life style out of the closet! Why hide it in 2011? Why not be proud of what we believe in? Why make it difficult for our fellow brothers, going to  a mikvah and looking for kids, there will be a bar on the main avenue in Williamsburg and people can come alone or with their kids and live a proud gay life style and a NAMBLA way of life and we will all be happy forever after!

We will have security from the couple of idiots like Rabbi Rosenberg who still believe in morality, principals, standards and decency and let the good times roll!

Years back, when a Jewish man was arrested for a molestation crime, it was major news and the whole community was buzzing and there was a shock in the community, now it has become a daily routine, and life goes on.

A major arrest occurred recently as yet another school employee (with access to hundreds of minors) was arrested and charged with multiple crimes, among them Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

52-year-old JOSEPH GELBMAN was arrested after driving a fourteen-year-old boy to a hotel and sexually abusing him. The alleged molester was released on bail and joins athe rest of the molesters free to continue his action.

The justice system has become a joke and a laughing stock. When someone is caught with mortgage fraud, he receives upwards of $200,000 bail and stiff sentencing, while  children molesters get  slaps-on-the-wrist type of punishments and being released back into communities with 1,500 bail. Can someone explain that to me?

Rabbi Rosenberg, How dare you say we have a problem? We don’t have a problem, our community is clean, and it’s just “isolated” incidents.

These molesters make me sick to my stomach. Check out the mug of this scumbag. Our children have become  a free-for-all and are treated like some third-world-country orphans.

During these 1st days of Yom Tov, you heard people all over the community saying. Hey Nuchem – Lebowitz is out or Rabbi Rosenberg – You are next, and some similar brilliant statements.

Let’s get the record straight for a second and then let’s review the typical response of our people.

For the record: Lebowitz was sentenced to 32 years for one reason and one reason only He was a convicted molester AND he showed no remorse. That’s the end of the story for that.

Now, why were we finally to get a man like this in to the court systems after years of whitewashing in the community? This is where Holy Rabbi Rosenberg comes into the picture. We did it due to the diligence and amazing work that Rabbi Rosenberg has been preaching the last couple of years, we did it due to the bravery of rabbi Rosenberg and the uninterrupted holy mission that the Rabbi took upon himself and all those were a contributing factor to the end result.

Jerry Brauner is 10x the molester that Lebowits was and he got only 3 years, because of the fact he showed remorse in the court system (no one can vouch that it was from the heart – but at least he put up a face for the Judge). Many others got the same type of sentencing due to the same reason that Brauner did, they asked for forgiveness and showed remorse. On the other hand Mr. Webberman seems to think that Lebowitz’ way of doing business will suit him better, that’s his prerogative and it’s a roulette game he is willing to take.

However all these cases have one thing in common. Victims came forward and contacted the DA and the molesters were arrested. So before you start pointing fingers and feeling good about yourself, step back, relax and know who the evil is here, it’s strictly on the molesters and abusers.

Just for clarification, Rabbi kelners accusation is strictly that -“Accusation” - and there are still many facts that I know, that has not reached the community and the court systems. There is already heavy action within the Federal Govt on many aspects of this case that is very very “Fishy” and we’re following up with it.

But back to my original point. Lebowits and Rosenberg are totally not connected in the least! Lebowitz is a convicted molester with no sign of remorse, that’s why he got 32 years in jail. And Rabbi Rosenberg is a community activist that helps abused victims and done mix these two things up.

Lebowitz can have 200 people davsening Yom Tov byhim and it still wont change the fact that he is a molester. Remember back when he was originally sentenced, the community a s awhole said: Yes we know he is a menivel, but 32 years is way too much! That was the overall agreement by everyone who knows him. I got some news for you! Rabbi Rosenberg also thinks it’s a bit too much, however if the man has no brains to say “I am sorry”  he will feel the consequences.

As Jewish people, we hope that he wont have to be in prison for 32 years but rather be able to lead a normal life as long as the Govt. has some kind of program to watch him that he stays away from innocent youngsters.

Jerry (Yechiel) Brauner roamed the community for 35 years and has molested thousands (Not hundreds) of kids and no one ever said Boo. It’s a sickness in our community that we love abuse AND FOR THAT we thank Rabbi Nuchem for speaking up , educating us, and teaching us how to deal with this filth. But the reason these guys end up injail is one reason only- They are convicted molesters!

Let’s get straight to the point.

Last night Mr. Kellner was arrested by the FBI for allegedly bribing a man to testify in the case of convicted child molester Baruch Lebowitz. Mr. kellner is accused of bribing a 2nd party to testify against Molester Lebowitz.

The “Lebowitz klan” are jumping of joy all over  the streets of Brooklyn, with the notion that this will free their Hero lebowitz.

Let’s break down what happened and let’s not get too excited just yet. If Kellner indeed bribed a 2nd party, than he will have his day in court and will pay the price for it, because this is against the law, but let’s take an in-depth look on what happened here.

You have two individuals - Kellner and the 2nd party- that had family members molested by molester Lebowits. Two people that decided to break the code of the “Chassidic wall” and get justice for their kids.  Mr. Rubenstein didn’t have the guts to become a public figure (as the end-result proofed all the abuse he took for his action) and needed a boost from Mr. Kellner to do the right thing.

Kellner did wrong by “allegedly offering him a bribe, but he was in pain and knew that he has to do everything in his power to get Rubinstein to testify.

BUT THE FACTS did not change either way “Two wrongs doesn’t make a right” and indeed this alleged action speaks volume for Mr. kellner  that he was committed to stick up for his abused kid and was doing at all cost.

Recently, a man in Nashville, TN found his 7-year old boy murdered and when they caught the killer, the father of the boy waited outside of court and shot the killer. Now, just because the father took revenge that does not get the killer off the hook. The father did something very wrong but his passion and emotional distress got him to act out. And this is exactly what happened here.  Mr. Kellner was passionate for justice and committed to take this CONVICETED MOLESTER off the streets, and he succeeded.

Convicted molester Lebowits is still where he belongs and Mr. kellner if indeed broke the law will pay the consequences but let’s not confuse apples with oranges.

The danger of being “Extreme”

It doesn’t matter if you are Jewish, Muslim, Christian or Buddhist, being extreme is very dangerous.  When someone decided on his own that he wants to take it to the next level  or as the famous saying goes “Holier than thou”, the end result will be something bad  .

When Muslims take their religion and decide to kill every Jew in sight, that’s taking it to the extreme. On the other hand when community leaders decide to hide things and cover up abuse, that’s another way of being extreme and that’s very dangerous.

Let alone when 3-4 scumbags “Kolel Yingeleit” that decide to be the boss in  Williamsburg and decide which store can be open and which  can’t be open, that is extremely dangerous for the residence of the neighborhood.

By the way, these are the same scumbags that want to push their stupid crazy ideology on you all year round. These are the same people that tell you Lipa Shmeltcer should not be listened too; your skirt is too short; Women should not talk on cell phones and they want to totally control and run your life.

Oh ! and these are the same guys that have nothing to do with their empty time and walk the streets of LEE Ave. and look at all the women and come up with new ways on how to undermine and to embarrass Jewish women and blame them for everything  bitter and wrong in their miserable lives.

So this woman Iris that has been serving our community for 10 years decided to make life easier for our wives, mothers and sisters (Since Williamsburg women as a whole, don’t drive) and opened up a store on Lee Ave. there are no pictures of women, no see-through of any kind. The windows are surrounded and covered with brown paper and it is done with the utmost respect this community ever could imagine.  (If not for these scum, 90% of us would not even know that the store is there)

However these 3-4 bums, low-lifes-womanizers are not happy! 

The chillul hashem they make is unbearable! The abuse they put on this community is destructible. Don’t fool yourself for one second that these bums have anything in mind other than self-gratification. THEY DON’T!  These are the biggest lowlifes, fakes and frauds out there. These are the fruits of our great education we instilled in them. These are guys that are bored with their empty lives and LIVE ON being abusive.

Where the hell does a woman have to go to comb her shaitel? Why not have the store in our area instead of making them take a 20 minute bus ride  out to Crown Heights?

These are the same people who would ask you not to wear a shaitel! These are the same people who declared themselves the guards of our community.

The hypocrisy is so big, and as is always the case in this community, we just follow these ass holes blindly!

Who the hell are they? Who made them for our representatives? Who asked their silly opinions?  How dare they speak for us?

I started looking into some of these guy’s past history, and it’s not so kosher! These are the guys that represent us? These are the guys who will tell us what we can wear and what we can’t? These are the guys that we follow like blind sheep?

What is wrong with us? Are we really that naïve and dumb that every idiot can just do whatever they want in this community? Are we that gullible? Are we that stupid?

Wake up people! This abuse has been going on for the longest time in every way possible, and we just follow the blind. It is so embarrassing and humiliated. What a disgrace we are that we are an absolute uncontrolled bunch and every tom-dick and harry just does to us whatever they want!

This is the same reason why our children are abused - We are abused and everything in this community is so bitterly controlled! Don’t fool yourself that it is not, because it is!  It comes back to the same problem. 2-3 guys decide they are “Mishmeres hatznius” -  2 more guys decide they will sell the windows for money  - When in essence it is  distributed by the USA Government for free – 2 more guys decided you are not allowed to carry in the Eiruv – 2 more guys decide that Lipa Shmeltser is not allowed to sing and now 2 more guys decide that this store is not allowed here.

Do you guys see the pattern? Are you guys blind or can you finally wake up and speak for yourself and not have other people dictate what and how you should live your life!

I had the privilege of joining Rabbi Nuchem recently to two court cases and I must say the following:

I was extremely  tired and cranky after spending two days in court, it took  a toll on me and was too tired to join him for the 3^rd session, and it got me thinking.

Here is a holy man that has dedicated his life to pure charity, volunteering and the good of other people. He gets nothing for it except bullets, isolations, segregations, and all kind of abuse. Does not get paid one single cent from anyone and keeps going at it every single day! Neither, rain, snow, cold or heat can stop this man. Neither bullets, threats, isolations nor any intimidating factor gets to this man.

How lucky are we to have him in our generation! How blessed are we that there is one man with courage to stand up to this corrupt system! How fortunate are we to have a voice for us and our children.

Ladies and gentleman, I know many of you share the same feeling and appreciation for this holy Rabbi, but have no guts or courage to admit it in public, since unfortunately the mainstream community is led blindly against him.

Show some courage! Show some decency! Show some appreciation and next time you see the Rabbi on the street say Thank You! Say Thank you Rabbi for doing this holy work! Thank you Rabbi for taking a bullet for me! Thank you Rabbi for educating our children for the past 10 years under the worst conditions.

This man will no doubt sit next to “Yosef Hatzadik” and next to all our holy sages in Oilem Habu! This is a man that was given to us by God as a gift to save us and to save our children. This is a man who we don’t have the brains to appreciate and the courage to be thankfull.

When you see him on the street next time, just know that this is the man that might have saved your child abnd all the generations to follow.

My admiration for this holy man has risen by the minute, and I myself also wants to say it loud: Thank you Rabbi Nuchem for the unbelievable hard work you took upon yourself. Thank you Rabbi Nuchem  for speaking out for  a fearful and silent community. Thank you Rabbi Nuchem for publicly taking on the biggest sharks in our community. And mostly Rabbi, Keep up the great holy work and accomplish everything you possibly can, because god only knows if we will ever be lucky to have a voice like this again.

Breaking news – With details

Ladies and gentleman, as you recalled we posted an article last week and we removed it shortly after as we needed to serve the victims request of protection and understanding.

As we did some investigative work, we have discovered the complete story of the abuse and it’s not pretty.

Gabe (Gavriel) Webber (He is the guy that married his mistress not too long ago after his ex-wife caught him with her) was found guilty in “Family Court” of molesting a family member for a period of time when the kid was a minor.  

Despite showing up in court with strong lawyers and an All-Star legal team, he was found guilty of the charges. Furthermore, the Criminal court system is now taking up the case and will continue indicting him on the above mentioned charges.

There is still a whole “Side-Bar” to this story as the Monroe “Tznius” police were trying to protect this guy due to financial benefits.  (Stay tuned for Rabbi Nuchem’s hotline for full details)

Raboisai! It is very unfortunate that we can’t disclose more details, as we need to protect the victim and its family but Gabe the least you can do, is stop running around and saying that A Porto Rican guy did it and the school is blaming you because they don’t want  a lawsuit on their hand.

Are you for real? Is this how you’re going to defend you despicable action? This is your way of taking responsibility? Is this what the million dollar lawyers were able to come up with best? Is this “Vitriol’s” brain storm of an idea?

No one ever looked at you while you were breaking up marriages and marrying  girls you had extra marriage affairs with, but when it comes to sexually molesting minors, there is no looking away there.

Rabbi Nuchem has said numerous times on the hotlines. He will never, and never did expose someone JUST for having affairs with hookers and shiksas, but to when it comes to abusing little children, there is no letting-up!

Two-way street ahead.

Does anyone remember when 14^th Ave. in Boro Park used to be a two-way street and then the Government changed it into a One-Way street, to help traffic flowing? Well, we are now doing a reverse move in Williamsburg.

Once upon a time the whole system in Williamsburg was a ONE-WAY street, and this is how it worked. There were two people in charge of the community. You had to follow the stream, or else….. 

There was a threats and abuse if you didn’t follow the movement of the 5 scumbags in Williamsburg, on any particular issue. For example:

You had a problem with a school teacher (Rabbi) and you complained, you were warned to shut up or else…….

The government had programs and gave storm-windows, toilets, window screens, etc. for you apartment, but the community leaders decided to SELL it to you, instead of GIVING it to you… you was helpless, because you were threatened with many defenseless empty threats.

Well, the tide is shifting – the roads are now a two-way street – The phone calls and the Emails are coming in with record-breaking numbers. People are finally starting to realize that there is nothing to be scared off, and there is no reason to take abuse from these so called “Community leaders” and no one is in charge of your well-being.

There are laws in this country and no one can force you or tell you how you should raise your kids and whom to protect. Your kids are protected by law; your well-being is protected by the USA government: and this is truly a FREE COUNTRY. There are record-breaking phone calls that are starting to expose these so called leaders and the jig is up.

Let it be known that these days are over and payback is about to begin – Responsibility is about to be picked up – accountability is about to be served and justice for our kids is in full swing.

Thanks to the bravery of rabbi Nuchem and to the countless years of abuse he took for us, the bullets he took for us, the mistreatment he endured for us, We are now the beneficiaries of his hard work and finally finally the community is starting to see the light and are not following these “leaders” blindly.

Abuse should not be tolerated on any level! No one can tell you what to do – how to do it – when to do it. No one controls you – your wife – your kids – your family and your well-being.

And to these so called leaders, I am telling you and warning you. Your time is up and the game is over. Stop protecting the abusers and the molesters, or you will be harshly punish alongside them.

 Like President Bush once said: You’re either with us or against us. There is no middle ground.

There is now terrible news coming from the NYCfamily Courts, and there is hard evidence that a father abused his kids for a long period of time. The father took the biggest lawyers (Shame on these 2 scumbags from Monroe and Flatbush that paid for it – coming soon) and lost in the court and must stay away from the kids. The criminal court system just announced that they are pursuing charges against him and will punish him for his abuse.

We are not ready to break this case open yet, due to the well-being of minors, but we will expose this scumbag shortly.

To make matters worse, this abuser is now working on damage-control and trying to blame shift. Beware, it’s not going to work and we will be alongside every step of the way to make sure about that and to bring you the truth.

For the record!

I must put up this post to respond the constant emails I am getting.  The e-mails are all about the same tone, and go something like this “I believe in protecting children, but Nuchem is causing a Chillul Hashem when he goes to the court and talks on his hotlines.”

Well, first-of-all it’s an oxymoron – If you believe in the cause, then you must agree with the action. How do you agree by just saying “I agree with him” that’s called not putting your money where your mouth is. Agreeing is when you do action, like Rabbi Nuchem is doing– By you just saying you agree, that’s hogwash and talk!

Now to the main point! Rabbi Nuchem has not initiated ONE SINGLE CASE in the court systems. The victims came forward by Lebowits, Weberman, Daskalowitch and all other scumbags. AND HE NEVER TOOK CREDIT FOR IT! He simply is the backbone of the victims and gives them the support and courage to move ahead.

So how do you not agree with him and still agree with the cause?  How do you believe in a cause when you are not willing to follow-up on the cause. What do you expect to happen with the victims? Do you want them to get healed by Webberman? By your local Rabbi? By the V’aad h’atznius?   Get Real!

I would really like to get an explanation for this – Can’t wait to hear your p’shetel

Another thing I wonder. How come when it hits someone home and their own kid becomes a victim, they all do a 360 and flock to rabbi Nuchem for support? Is that how a Jewish man is trained to treat a friend’s kid different then his own?   Think about it!

Let’s compared dealing with a molester and dealing with a murderer and let’s take your way of thinking and use it to the murderer.

When a black man in Bed-Sty walked into Williamsburg and  “God-Forbid" killed a little kid, how should we deal with it?  let’s take the method and critical thinking you use for the molesters, and put it towards the killer.

We all agree that killing is a problem but Nuchems way is terrible, so let’s not go to the justice dept. but let’s take this man and send him to his local church and his pastor will heal him.

Sounds crazy? Exactly!  Look in the mirror, because this is what you have been doing and you continue to fight for that kind of justice. Don't fool yourself and think you are  different, YOU ARE NOT!

Another great tool these “leaders” in our community use, is telling you “Don’t go to the government – You will make a chillul Hashem”.

It all comes down to the same ridicules senseless way of throwing the guilt on you, and manipulate you with any kind of power to have it their way.

Here is a video of WPIX news, describing the terrible abuse in our community.  Let it be known who makes the Chillul Hashem. When the viewer watches this program, He / She does not think that Rabbi Rosenberg is  making a Chillul Hashm, They DO think straight, and knows exactly where the blame belongs. ON THE ABUSERS and the BACKERS of the abusers.

Same old tactics

While I took a Three-month sabbatical, there were many new stories in our community, and Rabbi Rosenberg updated you on each and every one of them.

One of the stories that caught everyone’s attention is the one of Nechemya Weberman. As it is customary, when a Police officer is found guilty of a crime, his punishment will be a stiffer one due to the fact that he is held to a higher standard as a police officer and due to the abuse of power he committed. It is only right that the same should apply to Weberman, as he is a “Self-made” community watchdog.

However, I am not about to discuss his case right now, I rather want to pick up on an old tactic this community has been involved in, and we call it intimidation and harassment.

While this scumbag was sitting outside the court room waiting for the Judge, his wife was there doing nothing but take pictures of the victims supporters.

Sit back for a second and think what this woman is doing.  She is next to a man that is charged with over 100 counts of felonies, and she is busy taking pictures of the victim’s supporters.  She didn’t say “My husband is innocent” she didn’t defend the allegations; she did what she knows best! She did what the community always does! She did what her husband is doing for years! She did what her pea-size brain is trained to do.

Ladies and gentleman – How low can a human being stoop?   How much “Chutzpah” can a woman have? How much more guilt can you show by using these tactics? How much longer do you think this community will take this nonsense?  What the hell do you think you accomplished, other than showing the true colors of your humanity. 



Keep using these old-fashioned tactics and see where it gets you! Keep showing the NY Court system how you fight your battle! Keep making a fool of yourself and see where it gets you! Keep convincing yourself that you are not guilty and see where it gets you! Keep rejecting the Governments deals and end up like Lebowitz.

These tactics worked so well, that by the next trial date there won’t be 45 supporters, there will be 145 supporters.



And to the rest of the community, I say. Stop the paranoia! Stop the vicious cycle of acting like a 9-year-old scared child. BIG DEAL! You stood up for a victim. You should not be ashamed for that THEY should be ashamed for abusing!  Stop living this guilty life-style already, the only one that should feel guilty, are the abusers and molesters, We should be proud of what we do and what we stand for and not let these scumbags intimidate us.

That's the only way, your kids have a chance in this community!



Welcome back my friends……..

It’s been 3 months since I have written an article due to the new schedule of my job and the different hours I am working now, but it’s been eating me that I can’t write, I have so much on my mind and there is so much that is needed to say.

These last three months I have been on the sidelines and been watching the holy work of Rabbi Rosenberg and the respect and admiration for him has grown one-thousand-fold. The Rabbi is a saint and an unbelievable fearless man that does everything for the sake of the truth.

I have also got to speak with people “off-the-record” over the past three months, and found out that the majority of the community is very much behind this great man, even though some are scared to speak out on his behalf. These times are changing though, and the movement is moving ahead with full force.

On Purim I had the honor of meeting Rabbi Rosenberg and saw first-hand the work and determination the rabbi has, how he unselfishness gives away his own time, his own money, his own sweat, all for the sake of the cause. That meeting reenergized me to get back in the blogging sphere and to help the Rabbi with his heavy work load.

In these last 3 months, many more molesters, rapist and scumbags have arisen and been discovered and it is shocking how this community still protects, white washes denies and looks the other side.  For some reason this old-fashioned way of thinking, is that a molester looks like a rebel and a monster, and if he wears a nice hat with a clean white shirt, he must be innocent.

Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself again to you, and I promise this time to really put a big effort in following up on these scumbags and do everything in my power to expose them, get rid of them and clean up our community FOREVER!

People have asked me , why I don’t post so much lately, and if I have a rift with Rabbi Nuchem. The answer is NO! I have the same respect I always had for the Rabbi, I love him like my own father. I just changed jobs and I am not so accessible to computers as I used to be; my hours are also different, and its hard for me to post as often, but I will try to post at least once a week (New Year resolution).

The following video is a speech of the Holy Rabbi Rosenberg to Charles Hynes and his staff. it is very important that you view it. The video is also viewable on Rabbi Rosenberg’s blog, but I have also put it on my blog, for the following reason.

For those of you who think that rabbi Rosenberg only takes on the Rabbis because he is not scared of them or because he needs attention, this video will show you once and for all what this holy man is all about, and how legit his fight is. He is taking on one of the strongest politically powers in the State of NY. He is going after the strongest office in NY and after a man who is in high-power position for the longest time. Why is he doing it? Because rabbi Nuchem does whatever is necessary to keep our community clean.

I was amazed to see that rabbi Rosenberg, - which also happens to be in close contact with Charles Hynes, and has accomplished a lot over the years - realized that he is not helping the cause, and without hesitation, he dropped him like a hot potato and told him to stop the whitewashing. This is what I call a man with a mission! Rabbi Nuchem has one thing on his mind, and that is to give us a clean community.

It is very unfortunate that some of us (Most of us already see the truth) still don’t realize that this man is holy, pure and dedicated to the kids of our community. As the saying goes, once he will not be here with us (after 120 years) we will then understand what we missed and what we had.

Again, Again and Again

An unbelievable cycle of abuse has been occurring in our community’s schools and as shocking as it sounds some people still are trying to hush-hush it

Before we get into this “again”, let’s get some facts straight. If you are one of those that still believe that the problem is “minor” or “rare”, please call a car service and immediately check yourself in to the nearest mental center. Every single day, a new story appears of abuse in the schools. And as the story comes out in the open, the Beard and the hat of the abuser is bigger, whiter and longer.

Ladies and gentleman! these are not allegations! These are not stories that only Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg could come up with! These are not fantasies or fiction! These are abusive happenings that the abusers are being arrested for, and the abusers (Teachers – Melamdim) confess to in the police stations, The children come forward to parents and government agencies.

Somehow, once the abuser is released on bail, the case falls apart. Why? Because of the cover ups and I will explain why it happens, how it happens and what we are doing that this will stop from happening by going after the people that obstruct justice!

Let me clarify the law to all of you! When you go to a person and warn him not to press charges because the community wont like it, or your kids will be thrown out of school. Even if you don’t mention it exactly like that, but you’re just saying something: “you don’t want to put your kids in a situation that kids will yell at them, and you wont be able to do a shidduch” or any kind of nonsense like that, That’s called obstruction of justice, and it id a very hard crime in America.

Besides for the fact that it is totally acceptable, permissible and actually a “mitzvah” to get rid of trash like that from our community. Youa re playing with fire when you do that and it won’t be tolerated.

For the record: Everyone that threatened the victim of rapist Daskalowitz, will have to answer to the DA’s office. You might have noticed, that Charles Hynes backed down, and he wont protect you anymore, because he does not care much about you and wont put his career ahead of your well-being. You know whom I am talking too, and your case is already on file at a “different” district attorney. Remember, threading or tempering with a witness, is not just a state crime, but also a Federal crime, even on a state case.

Under the leadership of rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg, -our savior-, we have made tremendous progress and we wont stop until every corner of our community is safe and every class room is under surveillance.

Let this be a  reminder to everyone (shame on us that we still have to remind you, and you don’t understand on your own to do what is expected from us to protect our shefelech), that tempering with a witness or threaten a victim, is punishable by the harshest guidelines possible.

We will go after the helpers of the abusers, just like the abusers themselves. And we will go after you, even though you are a good friend with a captain, DA or any other government agency. We will involve the media and take you down along with the man on the inside helping you out, if necessary.

No one is above justice. Not the abusers, not the helpers of the abusers and certainly not government officials. This is America and it will be justice for all.

Parshas Va’yechi

Parshas Va’yechi brings out my worst memories of my childhood. It still puts a shiver up my spine every year at this time.

Do you think because Chaim Arye Braver hit me on the nails when I did not hold my tune when I sang Va’Ani? NO!  Do you think because I slipped on the snow outside? No!

I will tell you what it is! Parshas Va’yechi was the first time Cahim Arye Braver abused me and may I add, he “violently abused me” It all started with a hogwash story that I was a “bad boy” he pulled down my pants and spanked me up and took a turn for the worst.

Let me say something to my readers. This post will probably get 5 million comments accusing me of lying, and distortion and I am telling you right now, I will not let one negative comment on “this” post. Why? Why do I always allow it but not on this one? I will tell you why. This post is about ME, about healing and about me talking aloud and moving ahead with my life. I could not care less if you believe me or if you think I am full of it, or anything else you want to think.

In essence, you have no idea what you know, you were not there, I WAS! But by you writing a negative comment you feel better about yourself and convince yourself that I am not telling the truth, and the community is doing fine, and I will not allow it on this one post.

For your information, those “old days” are almost gone. There is very little resistance left in the community and as the young generation grows uo, they know the truth, some of them are victims, and they will not allow it to go silent. For the record, the minkatcher Ruv would love to have 10% the amount of Chassidim rabbi Nuchem has. So don’t fool yourself, and rest assured  that the public is with us and it high time that  everyone finnaly knows that we are in the right and the rabbis are in the wrong.

Mr. Braver, you are now in the “oilem H’ames”  you cant bull shit there, and you cant put up this fake behavior. I demand that you pay for your action up there. I  Know you are paying for your actions up there, there are no free passes up there.

 I have a family member that through marriage is also your family member, and we spoke and I asked him about different issues, and he told me straight out. Your son Nusen Shie who was also a teacher in satmar and has many victims, has been so quite through all this, because he does not want any movement or investigations on his behalf. I personally was not abused by him, but I was in Naponeck-Satmar camp when he abused this poor 8 year old child (he was a “Shluf Rabbi”) that the child ended up in the Ellenville hospital the next morning. I remember vividly how Nucsen Shie’s wife came running when she heard the abuse and he yelled at her in front of the whole bunk!

Let this be a lesson to every molester out there. Eventually you get caught and someone pays the consequences. Sometimes you are still alive to see it, and sometimes it is even worst, your children  have to burden your shit.

Fight Fight and Fight!

My Dear Friends. I am posting a flyer that was already posted by Rabbi Nuchem on HIS blog, but I feel the urge to post it here as well.

It is dishonorable, shameful, pathetic, appalling and dreadful that in the year of 2010 when the whole world knows already what’s happening with our youth. and yet there is a men in his 30’s amongst us that has abused kids for the longest time, has been caught, has admitted to it, he killed not only the child but his whole family. And all said, he still has people fighting for him to keep him out of jail and let him get off with probation!

Ladies and gentleman, I am here to tell you today that something smells here. This is not a common occurrence and it does not make sense. There is something that is being hidden here or someone that is being protected and it’s high time to investigate it.

Let make this public promise to the District Attorney and to the people involved. We will find out what’s the reason behind the madness, and why there are these same 3 people fighting for him and if there is any miscarriage of justice, illegal activities, or unethical dealings behind the scenes, that we will demand justice and we will not back off until its thoroughly investigated!

Mr. Daskalowitz is a known abuser, a self-admitted rapist, the community knows about it, his family knows about it and the government knows about it. This man belongs in prison or he will rape and abuse again and again!

I urge you to join the movement in demanding justice for his victims! I am sure if it would be your kid you would want the publics support as well, a victim should get all the support possible, and we are not doing enough. We will find out the truth and we will demand answers no matter what it takes, how long it takes, how far it takes us and no matter who will get exposed along the way.



Stand up for the children


We will not tolerate pedophilia in our community with the rabbis support or with out! With a “Cheirem” or without! with your approval or without! The battle has just begun and we will use every method possible, every media outlet and every thing possible to demand justice and to keep our streets safe.

You people still wonder, why rabbi Nuchem does not give up? People always ask me Why is he still busy we got the message? NO NO NO you didn’t get the message, there are still people out there trying to silence this dreadful disease and we will make noise until our last breath on this earth
