A day in the Life of Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg

Ladies and gentleman, Let me preface this article by saying, that I am not getting money for this article, I am not asked to write this article, and this is not a Public-Relation article. The reason for this article is very simple: I am amazed by the Rabbis work; I am intrigued that one Man took upon himself to stand up against evil and immoral while his life was in grave danger.

Before I give you the average day in the life of Rabbi Nuchem, let me discuss a couple of things with you.

Rabbi Nuchem’s hotline along with his websites creates approximately 45,000 hits and phone calls a month.

These are not 45,000 people that get paid to listen to him; these are not 45,000 hits that get money by clicking on the site. It is the average person in the community that wants to hear the truth and they know that this is the only place to hear it.

Rabbi Nuchem works like a dog 24-7 for this community. Why is he doing it? Why does he need it? What is his Reward for all this? Well, the dumbest person in the world knows that he gets nothing but problems for all the holy work he does. So why is he doing it? Because he believes in the cause and since no one has the guts to do it, he had no choice and had to take the bull by the horns.

For Four years he did it quietly by writing letters and making phone calls to the Rabbis in the community, but it went on deaf ears. He was left without a choice and had to fight it himself.

This week of Chanukah, Rabbi Nuchem delivered 6 speeches in 3 different languages, was in court twice for hearing on molesters and rapists, was in a meeting Thursday all day with two organizations regarding the pedophilia issues and met 2 parents of victims.

Why am I telling you all this? Because I am trying to give you an idea what this man is all about. 90% of what he did this week was without anyone knowing that he did it and 100% of it was on his cost, on his time and on his hard work.

I believe its high time that the people in our community should speak up and defend Rabbi Nuchem’s honor and stand up for what is right. Close your eyes for a second and imagine Williamsburg without Rabbi Nuchem. This town would have been run by people that have no one in their way to hold them responsible for what they do!!

The “Mesiras nefesh” that this man puts in every single day, cannot be paid back in one hundred years. The facts are that everything Rabbi Nuchem warned us, preached to us, begged us and yelled about, are unfortunately 10x true and that’s only that we know. God only knows the people that were not caught yet.

WHY? Why have we decided to close our eyes when it comes to this terrible plague? Why? Why have we turned a blind eye when it comes to protecting our Jewels, our kids, our future and our most vulnerable? There must be a reason that this scares off our Liaisons, our rabbis, our “Leaders” and our community? What is it?

Why when a Tenth of an ounce of milk spills onto a pot of chicken soup, we don’t even think twice if we should throw out the whole pot, we just do it! Do our kids not deserve the same protection that of a pot of soup?

Why when a piece of matzo falls on the floor IN THE BOX we just throw out just in case! Do our kids not deserve the same protection that of a piece of matzoh?

Why are there people in Williamsburg yelling at people that carry with a perfectly kosher Eiruv EVERY SINGLE SHABBAS, yet not one “Known Molester” receives the same treatment?

Why are the 2 satmar Rabbis that are in Court and for-sure not allowed to be there, walk the streets free, while Rabbi Nuchem that merely educates the public and stands up for the youth, not given the same courtesy?

The facts are, that he was right all along, and every day the truth comes out again and again and again, yet he does not receive the courtesy that a cocoa powder received before Pesach.

The answer is! We know why, you know why and the whole world knows why! THE TRUTH HURTS!

The Rabbis are corrupt, the system is corrupt and our community is corrupt.

The Rabbis are busy all day long with the internet. So I have a question: The Internet is Not-Kosher, and we should not have any internet in our houses. Yet, when the great organization od RCCS makes a dinner, it is ALL done via internet, they are streaming live on every internet Jewish channel like VIN, The Yeshiva World, Their own site, Gruntig, Matzav, YideoTube, Crown heights info and many more. Where are the Rabbis that signed in support of RCCS, and yelling “Hey wait a minute” We are against the Internet, how can you stream your entire function only on the internet? They don’t even make a party anymore it is STRICTLY on the internet?

What gives? Is this too crucial to say anything? BTW I am a big fan of RCCS, I am just trying to make a point!

So what is the answer, that they only speak up when it is in their interest and when they gain something about it!

Need I say more?

The bottom line, it all has become a joke and a protectors of the big people , the money people and that’s all it is. Since Rabbi Nuchem is none of those, than the fact that he is a man with dignity, a Talmid Chuchem and a well educated man, counts for nothing.

Now you tell me, that these are the guys that you rely on Kashrus, Tahars Hamishpacha and more

The Hypocrisy of Williamsburg

Earlier we got very bitter news from Williamsburg. It seems that a 17 Year old boy was critically injured by a Fork Lift (Truck) and needs big miracles to make it back to Normal.

Along With our leader and Moreh Derech Rabbi Nuchem we are saying Tehillim for this boy and we are crying and begging that he has a miraculous full recovery and he should continue life just as any normal other kid.

We are pulling for him and we are rooting for him. We can just imagine his pain and his parents’ pain, and we don’t wish this upon any Jewish Child or for that matter and Human being. May he have a Refuah Shleimah very soon, Amen

Nevertheless, this tragic happening made me think a little bit and reflect upon the reasoning behind the story. The night before, I myself was in the Armory Building (I also was at the Crown heights Building) and watched the scene at the Armory. Along with his nice Gold bekishe, Rabbi Z.L. was sitting and preaching about the internet addiction our community has. He was campaigning non-stop that the community should have the strongest type of filters to battle the garbage on the net. He was also mentioning that under no circumstances should you own an internet connection in your house, but in your business or place of work.

He conveniently forgot to address the terrible issue about the Eiruv and the disastrous chilil Hshem that happened in Williamsburg when the pashkevillen made the streets on Sunday.

He also forgot to address the plague of molestation our community suffers from. The hundreds of kids that have been raped molested and abused by members of the community.

He didn’t have to look too far into the crowd to remember what the important issues are. On one side he had Z.L. Fillip and on his other side he had Chaim Shie - Monsey Rav of Satmar. Both of them should be a quick reminder on what the important issues are, but of course he chose to worry about the internet.

So of course the question that comes to mind is, why did this Hilo Fall on this poor kid. Is it A) Because The Rabbi changed the Subject. B) Because the Bucher carries in shabbas with the eiruv, or C) because the crowd had an opportunity to boycott this head-table with all this menuvulim and didn’t do it?

I expect to see tomorrow pashkevillen in the streets of Williamsburg to clarify the reasoning. All I know, is that Rabbi Nuchem is the worst of the worst and all the Rabbis came together and decided to put him in Isolation, and once that was done, the community has no more problems anymore.

Raboisai, the hypocrisy is so big and so strong and no one has the guts to speak up and correct it. We have taken a man that had dedicated his life for clean streets and safe children and we kicked him to the curb. We sent a message to the kids that don’t speak up, because this will happen to you too! Did you think that The Eibishter would just let this go on like this? What else do you want him to do?

This is “The last Exit before Toll” Repent and retract before it’s too late! The fact is that Rabbi Nuchem has done an “Adarabah” and all these “Dirty 38” are in Isolation, their teffilos are worthless, their prayers are worthless and their well-being is in jeopardy!

The fact is that Rabbi Nuchem is stronger than ever! The fact is that Rabbi Nuchem is going in the right direction! The fact is that every day, more and more people realize that Rabbi Nuchem is right and the rest of the Klan is wrong! And most of all the fact is, That GOD IS PUNISHING THE PEOPLE THAT DID THIS TO RABBI NUCHEM!

Here is the catch! Some of you get it and know you messed up, and are sending messages of regret and resentment, while others are still too proud and too big to get off their high horses and apologize!

Here is your way out! Get together and make a stand! The biggest people in our history have said I AM SORRY and I made a mistake! There is nothing wrong when you a mistake unless when you are not willing to correct the mistake. Now is your chance to fix it! Now is your opportunity to stop the madness and repent! You might not get another chance, or you might get another chance when the price you paid was stiffer!

Think about it, IT WILL NOT GET EASIER!

It’s been over 24 hours since the Jewish Community in Williamsburg has sunk to an all-time Low and acted like wild un-neutered animals in the Congo. (Yes I say The Jewish Community, as Rabbi Nuchem explained in his emergency speech last night, As long as there is not an official apology and Kol Koreh from every Single Rabbi in Williamsburg, it is the entire Williamsburg)

Here comes the kicker: Today the politics are flowing as usual, who called the Klausenbergers who didn’t call who agrees and who does not agree, who will go pay a visit to the family and who won’t.

Let me make this clear, it is all irrelevant. If we don’t see an official letter from the Rabbis in Williamsburg and beyond that they are coming out with all their might against these scumabgs and dirt that are responsible for this pashkevil, then its worthless.

We don’t want LIP SERVICE, we want action! We don’t want a Mercy baloney half-ass apology, we want action! We don’t want a speech with a hint of reminder that we should not do things that are not nice, we want action!

We want a full-out apology we want a full out disapproval of these gangsters, we want a signature from each particular Rabbi denouncing this garbage. We DON’T want a letter from the United Community, we DON’T want a letter from the VA’AD, and we DON’T want a political announcement. WE WANT a serious and sincere letter of disengagement of the scum of Williamsburg, we want a letter denouncing the abuse that mothers with carriages are experiencing every Shabbos in this Amsterdam on USA called Williamsburg!

Why is it taking so long? Where are you all meeting in a hidden apartment planning what your next move should be? This is an easy decision. Come out and make a stand

Do you think for once you can show “Some” kind of leadership in this community? Do you think for once we can count on you to make a statement? Can you one time say the right thing even though you are not getting money for it?

Do you expect any Jewish man to have respect for you ever again? Do you expect any Jewish Child to get turned on by the Chinuch we are teaching them? Do you think our youth is blind and don't see straight through you?

Never mind we are still waiting for a statement from the Kletzky death and rape. But maybe you were too emotional to say something or were you scared that your close friend will be arrested next?

Please tell me Rabbis, when is the last time you said something when we needed to hear from you? Why are you never around when we need you? Why are you only being heard when no one wants to hear you? Why do you even need a reminder that we need to hear from you guys? Isn’t this your job to lead the community? Why are you shocked when our youth goes off the Derech in mass numbers? Please tell me why should they stay in this shit? What should attract them here?

The hypocrisy is so big and so obvious but you are nowhere to be found.

Simon Taub and Baruch Leibowitz, Happily Ever After

Simon Taub of Brooklyn NY, who once made millions in the garment business is embroiled in seven year long-running Hollywood-style divorce proceedings with his wife, Chana. They live in the same Borough Park home with a wall separating them, as ordered by a Supreme Court judge in 2007. Simon Taub, who has been trying (not) to divorce his wife for the last seven years, has pushed the extent of the law for too long. In July of 2010, he finally had some of his crimes exposed as he was arrested for extortion. The NY Daily News reported last summer that Taub was arrested for extortion and blackmail.

If only this was a simple criminal case, the law would be applied and his sentence would be appropriate. However, upon closer scrutiny of the details of this case, one will find a man who will not hesitate to use his wealth to manipulate and intimidate, but win his way to victory over his wife. Simon Taub’s son though, remains in the grips of his extortionist criminal father’s home with a wall dividing him from his mother. His son, who was molested by a prominent rabbi in the community, remains at home alienated from his mother, and in a very emotionally vulnerable place in his life. Simon, who did not press charges against the abuser, ran into a bit of a problem when the famed molester, named Baruch Leibowitz, was sentenced to 32 years in prison.

Simon was looking for a way to gain leverage in his own divorce case, and hatched a great plan. Time was moving fast because the State’s statute of limitations will soon been reached; the victim, his son, is 20 years old. First, Simon contact Baruch Leibowitz's son, and told him that if he pays him $250,000, he will stay quite and not press charges. The junior Leibowitz agreed, but also recorded the conversation as well as the first transaction. Simon was immediately arrested for extortion and blackmail, with a heavy criminal case now looming. Simon's plan wasn't working so well, so he had to think fast. So now, there was a new deal. If Simon can manage to get Leibowitz out a jail, Leibowitz will drop the charges. How can that be pulled off? Leave it to the wealthy criminals who have the judges wrapped around their wallets, in exchange for probation and parole.

The first way to get the Leibowitz sentence to drop, is to prove that the case wasn't solid. So Simon then arranged that Samuel Kelner, a Boro Park man to be arrested for bribing a witness to testify against Leibowitz. This was a framed setup, where a man approached Kelner and said, “it's not true, Leibowitz didn't molest me”. And Kelner is alleged to have given him $10,000 to “stick with the story”. Kelner is a known community activist, famous for encouraging and empowering victims to help rid the community of pedophiles.

Sadly for Simon, the DA said at the press conference the day after the arrest, that the Leibowitz prosecution will still stand because the other two witness testimonies were solid. Now Simon was really stuck because he needed to get Leibowitz out of jail. So the next day, Leibowit'z lawyers filed an appeal and the appeal was granted. Leibowitz was home under house arrest, until a decision for a retrial. Simon was elated.

Isn’t it blatantly obvious by now that Judge Walsh, who was assigned to the Taub case, is also the presiding judge for the Kelner case? Conflict of interest aside, when will this cycle of abuse end? According to Vicki Polin, Executive Director of the Awareness Center, at least 90 percent of sex offenders were sexually abused as children. “All abusive behaviors tend to repeat themselves unless the individual seeks appropriate intervention”, confirms Dr. Amora Rabinowich, a renowned psychologist of New York.

The criminal trial was adjourned again, for another two months, to August 26, 2011. Although Taub was arrested more than a year ago, he is out on bail for a measly $50,000, a drop in the bucket for this millionaire. As his criminal trial was scheduled for the end of the Summer, Simon's desperation began to show, and he began to slip. Although the Supreme Court judge presiding over his matrimonial case ordered Simon to pay the mortgage for all the marital property, Simon defaulted. He knew what he was doing. Simon waited for the houses to go into foreclosure, and then he would be able to transfer those into bankruptcy court. Once in bankruptcy court, the judge appointed a trustee for the properties. The trustee, a lawyer named Lori Lapin-Jones, has a dying dream to become a judge. Hoping to earn Simon's sponsorship, she became his rubber ducky.

It all worked out perfectly to the nickel, as Simon made sure to drag the case in bankruptcy court long enough to cause some personal grief to Chana, as well as complete financial ruin. First, Chana's close friend Soya Radin, who was a tenant for many years in one of the couple's apartment buildings, was tortured in the housing court and forced to be evicted from her apartment. When she was packing her stuff to leave, Simon made sure that she should be arrested for nonsense, just to taunt Chana. What people don't know is that the same week, the Supreme Court finally issued a divorce decree, and the judgement included an award to Chana of $1.2 million (less than 1% of Simon's reported wealth). This is coincidentally the exact amount which was due to Lori Lapin Jones after 1 ½ years of bankruptcy court. All this, to earn himself favors in his criminal case.

In Criminal Court, October 18, 2011, prosecutor Nick Bastidas, Kings County's head of the racketeering division, presented the charges before the judge, Justice Geoffrey Walsh as follows; Attempted grand larceny in the second degree, between April 21,2010 and July 7, 2010, attempting to steal property from the complainant, having a value in excess of $50,000 by extortion by instilling in the victim a fear that if the property is not delivered, you or another would accuse accuse some person of a crime or cause criminal charges to be instituted against him, intending to subject some person to ridicule.

Simon's lawyers then boldly presented voluminous medical records indicating that Simon is “very sick” and possibly dying of “liver cancer”. Chana reports that Simon has been “very sick” in the divorce case for seven years strong. His lawyer then announced that Simon Taub has authorized him to enter a plea of guilty to the charge of attempted grand larceny in the second degree in full satisfaction of the indictment. Due to the 'illness' and inability to get proper treatment in prison, they are asking for five years of probation.

Prosecutor Bastidas firmly objected to the non-jail disposition that the court has offered. Explaining that this man would rather let a predator remain lose in the community and is “motivated by greed to make money”. Additionally, in 1998, Simon Taub has pleaded guilty to wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud by attempting to defraud Chum Insurance by overbilling on an insurance claim in the amount of over a million dollars. “In that conviction, the defendant received his probation and received his one shot”.

Taub's lawyers informed him of his waiver of right to appeal, and five years probation. On October 18, 2011, Simon Taub walked out of court a free man. Free to commit more fraud and extortion, and greedy manipulations under the nose of our government. And Baruch Leibowitz? His case remains unsettling, as a week later, his case was reported to crumble. He was also granted permission by the courts to leave his house and attend synagogue for Rosh Hashanah services. Simon and Baruch now live happily ever after.

Ladies and gentleman,

Many times while I speak with people in the community, and the subject of Nuchem Rosenberg comes up, it always ends up something like this: He is right, BUT…….. He is 100% correct, BUT……… Of course he is nebech right, BUT……..

The “BUT” they are always talking is about the same thing. Why does he have to make a chilil Hashem? Why does he sound so excited when he talks about a molester? Why he is he saying names? Why? Why? Why?

The fact that I am writing this blog “off the record” and without my name attached to it, helps me a lot to get the feel of the community and the feel of many involved with community liaisons, Community leaders, and even Rabbis in the community.

I will also let you in on a little secret; I am very very close friend to one of the Rabbis that signed the “Toilet paper cheirem” on Rabbi Nuchem. With him knowing that I write this blog we many time discuss Rabbi Nuchem and he is lost and confused just like the rest of the Rabbis that singed this Garbage Cheirem.

This is the situation:

1. Penn State University, as you all know, arrested an assistant coach of a football team because he allegedly molested a boy. How did the University respond to that? Did they deny it? NO! Did they say No Comment? NO! Did they say it’s all lies? NO! This is what they did:

a. They fired everyone who knew about it

b. They went on TV to denounce the crime

c. They launched new programs to fight pedophilia

d. They are co-operating with the Police dept.

e. They fired the HEAD COACH that even reported it to the management, but did not follow up and went to the Police

f. They held on Thursday Night a program for people to ask questions

Ladies and gentleman! Penn State University is 400 times bigger, stronger and richer than Satmar, Pupa, Belz, New Square and Agudath Isreal COMBINED! They have more power to white wash, they have more money to hire the biggest lawyers, they have more strength to say NO COMMENT and yet they chose the right way of dealing with it. They decided to join the cause and make a stand against child abuse! They pulled together all their resources to say “NO” to abuse.

2. Let’s take a look in our circles. There has been abuse in our schools for years and years. What have we done? Have we denounced the abuse? NO! Have we distanced ourselves from these pedophile scums? NO! Have we told the world we will not stand for it? NO! Have we done anything to improve our children’s lives since the Kletzky molestation and murder incident? NO! So what have we done?, This is what we have done:

a. We have whitewashed every single story in the community

b. We have supported every pedophile in our system

c. We isolated every man that stands up for the children (Including Rabbi Nuchem that has worked with mesiras Nefesh for years and years)

d. We have re-hired the Teachers once their statue of limitations ran out

e. We have been quiet and DONE NOTHING

So let’s take a look, where would you want your 10-year-old boy to be if god forbids he gets molested, in Penn State University or in Belz cheider?

Who would you want to handle the teacher that molested your child, Satmar Yeshiva or Penn State University?

Why do our kids not deserve the same treatment as the average GOY on the streets? Why is there not ONE Rabbi with guts to say we have done wrong with rabbi Nuchem and it’s not right. Don’t get me wrong, in private they all say it, but in public there is not ONE man with BALLS to do it.

These are the Rabbis that we have to respect? These are the Rabbis that teach us how to raise our Children? These are the leaders that we have to look up to? These are the people that we trust our regulations with? These are the people that tell us you can eat kosher chicken, and we have to trust?

Are we that gullible to just follow the blind leading the blind?

Rabbi Nuchem has been talking about this crime for years and years and years and years. Nobody listened to him, nobody paid attention so he opened a Hot-Line to get his point across. History is proving him right every single day. Actions are proving that he indeed is on the right side of history while the Rabbunim are on the wrong side.

As a father and mother of a child, assume for one second that Rabbi Nuchem has been dead for 4 years, you would not even know that there is such a thing as molestation! You would not hear anything This would be 1965 all over again where little kids are being raped every single day without any accountability. Is this what you want for your child? Is this the kind of Yeshiva you want?

Can someone please remind me when the last time you heard from ANY rabbi about this terrible and vicious problem? I hear every day about the internet, about the Cell Phones, about the Tznius issues, about the long shaitels about the bugs in the water. All the “important” issues are on the agenda but pedophilia not a word!

You tell me now. Who are the chosen people Williamsburg kids or Penn State kids? Who Is GOD proud of, The president of Belzer cheider or the President of Penn State?

Now another point!

People always ask me, why is Rabbi Nuchem so happy when he announces a tragedy in the community? He sings, he laughs he says “Victory” Why is he enjoying it.

Let’s break it down. Rabbi Nuchem has been fighting this plague forever. He has been isolated for simply talking the truth; he has been ostracized for strictly sticking up for YOUR children.

When someone finds out that their child was molested in our community, do you know who he calls first? Let me tell you, NONE OTHER TAN RABBI NUCHEM. Do you know why he calls rabbi Nuchem? Because he wants action and that’s the only place he is going to get it!

So every time a story gets exposed (And recently it has been a daily and weekly happening) Rabbi Nuchem has another point to proof his mission. He is not happy with the story, he is happy with the progress of getting rid of this terrible abuse problem and he is glad to see that all the work he puts in FOR NO COST is paying off.

So don’t confuse the two issues. I have personally seen rabbi Nuchem cry out loud on his voice when he got a phone call from another broken mother. I have seen him drive down 14 hours just to meet activist and drive back 14 hours. I have seen him counseling parents for weeks upon weeks for no charge.

How dare you question his motives? He has gotten nothing for his hard work but isolation, abuse and headaches. Why is he doing it? Because he has the guts to stand up for the kids while it seems NO ONE ELSE has it

Raboisai, I must admit… I am doing Teshuva because I am coming to the realization that “Nuchem” is talking shtusim and fabrications.

There is no Znis, there is no Molestations, There is no Incest, There is no pedophiles and there is no problem in our community.

What is this guy talking about? All the stories he says is fabricated and he is dreaming. Our community is sheltered, our community is pure and our community does not even know of such things.

There is good news and bad news. First the Bad: There are actually people who say that with a straight face. The Good news: They know they are lying they just think they will say it long enough and someone will buy it.

A reader of mine sent me a copy of a craigslist ad that appeared online and quite honestly I must say, I was sure it’s a prank. But this is what happened.

I responded to the ad, and they responded first that I need to be voice verified to make sure I am real, so I did. I gave my number and told my wife to pick up, we both picked up the “Blocked” phone and a “Ruchy” said in a nice Yiddish voice “Vus machste” and voice verified us, so we can continue the email dialogue.

Bottom Line, She found a couple already and did not want to meet us this week, but is open for a future time….. Which of course, we will never do.

There is no doubt in my mind that this kind of behavior is a result of abuse, molestation, or rape.

NOOOO it can’t be, we don’t have this in our community.

I am re-Publishing an article that I wrote exactly one year ago today – You decide if we have made progress in the past year

It’s been now approximately five years since Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg has been placed in חרם shunned by his community, by his local Rabbis. These five years has been his best and his worst.

His best: His mission of cleaning up the streets, the schools, the mikvahs, etc. has come a very long way. Parents are educated, kids are educated and the general public is gradually listening and understanding what’s on tab and what this plague has done to generations of our youth and how it affected them for life.

His worst: Let’s face it. It’s not a lot of fun to be in חרם , isolated, shunned and be barred from every synagogue especially when he knows he is doing the proper thing and when 90% of the public knows it as well, but are scared to speak out because they can't fight city hall. In all due respect, it is getting better by the month. The public has realized that the “Cheirem” is a joke, the public recognizes that he is 100% right and furthermore the public appreciates what he does and is thankful for his courage and stance against this terrible plague in our community.

History.

Last week in parshas Noach, we read in the portion of the torah תמים היה בדורותיו (Noach ( נח ) was a tzaddik in his generations) Rashi makes comparisons between נח and אברהם. The first time is in his famous analysis of the Torah’s use of a qualifier when describing נח’s piety, “נח was a tzaddik in his generations. "Rashi quotes two opinions: 1) If in his generation he was a tzaddik- —how much greater of a tzaddik would he have been in a righteous generation! 2) In his generation he was considered a tzaddik—were he to have lived in the times of אברהם he wouldn’t have been important.

Two points of interest: 1) Even if it is true that נח was a lesser tzaddik than אברהם, Chazal (our Sages) stress that the righteous leaders of each generation are equally vital and important, even when, on an objective scale, they don’t measure up to those that proceeded them. Yiftach in his generation [was as vital] as Shmuel in his generation. יפתח בדורו כשמוא' בדורו (Rosh Hashana 25b)” so the questions is, what purpose is served by stressing that נח would not have been anything special in אברהם times? 2) Why does the first opinion use “a righteous generation” as a basis for comparison, while the second one states, “had he lived in the generation of אברהם he wouldn’t have been important?” Both opinions should use the same point of reference for their comparisons.

The second time Rashi contrasts נח with אברהם is when the Torah states (6:9), “נח walked [together] with G-d.” Rashi notes that with regard to אברהם, the Torah writes (17:1), “Walk before me and be whole.” Where אברהם is described as going before Hashem, נח walked together with Him. אברהם's piety was so robust that he needed no Heavenly assistance—he could take care of himself, so to speak. This is the idea of going before Hashem. נח needed Hashem’s support in maintaining his righteousness; he is seen as walking together with Hashem.

Again there are two interesting points: 1) When Hashem tells נח to enter the Ark, He says (7:1), “Come into the Ark…for it is you that I have found righteous before me in this generation.” Hashem’s statement seems to contradict the previous one—did נח go with Hashem or before Him? 2) Where in fact do we find proof in אברהם actions that אברהם walked before Hashem, while נח walked with Him? In what way does Avraham’s higher level manifest itself?

The Midrash (Tehillim 37) describes the famous meeting between אברהם and מלכי צדקMalchi-Tzedek (found in this week’s parsha [14:18-21]). Chazal teach that מלכי צדק was in fact Shem, the son of נח . “Tell me,” אברהם asked him, “in what merit did you deserve to leave the Ark?”

“In was in the merit of the tzedakah (charity) we did.”

“But there were no poor people there!” אברהם asked. “It was just you and your family? With whom did you do tzedakah?”

“With the animals and the birds,” מלכי צדק answered. “We did not sleep at night. We would go from one animal to the next making sure they had enough to eat. Once we were late, and my father was injured [by one of the animals (see Rashi who says it was the lion)].”

At that time, the Midrash concludes, אברהם said to himself, “If they were only saved by the charity they did with the animals and the birds, and [even so] for the one time he was late he was ‘repaid’ and injured, then if I perform charity with people, who are formed in the image of the angels, surely in this merit I will be protected from injury!” Immediately אברהם planted a tent, and provided his guests with food, drink, and lodging!

This, writes the חיד"א (Chida), is the difference between נח and אברהם. אברהם hears a story—about a person who was saved in the merit of charity and kindness—and he understands from it how esteemed charity must be in Hashem’s eyes. The first thing he does is plants his tent, beginning his legacy of charity and kindness. נח didn’t just hear the story—he lived through it, yet he did not learn its lesson.

The חיד"א doesn’t explain what he means; how do we see that נח didn’t learn the lesson?

The first thing נח does after leaving the Ark is to plant a vineyard. “נח, the man of the earth, defiled himself and planted a vineyard (9:20).” Rashi explains that he defiled himself in that his very first planting was grapes (who’s fruit intoxicates); he should have planted something else first.

אברהם planted and נח planted (va-yita). אברהם planted a tent (or tree for shelter) in which he could give others food, drink, and lodging. נח planted grapes. From the first fruits of his labor, he got drunk. What drove נח to drink? Perhaps he found it difficult to cope with the Earth he found upon leaving the Ark. It was not the place he had known. Everything and everyone had been eradicated by the scorching waters of the flood. To escape this bitter reality, he drank.

Had he been paying attention (like his son Shem), he might have found a lesson to be learned: You were saved by charity and kindness; make sure the new generation, which you head, is one built on the foundations of charity and kindness. Plant a tent, open a hachnosas orchim (guest house), and teach your children and descendants—the Earth’s new inhabitants—the importance of kindness.

The two opinions quoted above, says the Chida, don’t actually disagree. No doubt, had נח been in a generation of tzaddikim, he would have been an even greater tzaddik. But had he lived in the generation of Avraham, who built a life of chessed (kindness) based on the story of the Ark and its lesson, whereas נח —the story’s main participant—failed to do so, he would indeed not have been a factor.

Perhaps this is expressed in the difference between walking before Hashem or with Him. נח was saved by his kindness to the animals, but it was not as a result of any conscious commitment to chessed. Hashem put him in a situation which left him no choice—it was either feed the animals or suffer their wrath, as Shem told אברהם. Thus, although נח did a virtuous thing, he is described as walking with Hashem—he did good, but only when coerced by Hashem to do so.

אברהם didn’t wait for Hashem to lead him by the hand. He heard the story, and figured the rest. He went before Hashem—by finding hidden allusions how to improve his character and service of Hashem without having to be pushed into it.

The holy Zohar is critical of נח for not praying for his generation. How was he to have known that Hashem awaited his prayers?

“Come into the Ark…for it is you that I have found righteous before me in this generation.” Hashem does not give gratuitous compliments. He was trying to hint to נח : Kindness has the power to save. If you have compassion on your brothers, and pray for their salvation, you and they will be saved in the merit of that kindness. You too have the ability to be a tzaddik before me—take the hint and pray for your generation! Noach should have realized that Hashem was calling him a tzaddik in order to empower him with the strength of the righteous; to annul decrees. ( ישמח משה Yismach Moshe).

אברהם and נח —two tzaddikim, each one a giant in his generation. The difference? נח did what was right, and he did it with great commitment and fervour, but only when it stared him in the face. אברהם knew how to take a hint. He didn’t wait for mitzvos to come his way, he went looking for them (“And he stood by the tent”—looking for wayfarers that he could care for.

Sifrei chassidus (Hasidic literature) call this phenomenon רמיזא דחכמתא (hints of wisdom) that can be found in every aspect of life. “Do not be like the horse—like the mule who understands not, and whose mouth must be closed with bit and bridle and reins—they will not approach you…I will instruct you, and enlighten you—this is the way to go; I will guide you with the movement of My eye—like a man who hints to his friend through the movement of his eye (Tehillim/Psalms 32:8-9 with Malbim). Hashem guides us every moment of our lives; it’s up to us to open our eyes and hearts and find the hints.

Rabbi Rosenberg:

I am taking the liberation, authorization and the courage to relate the above mentioned connection Between נח and אברהם, and do the same connection between Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg and sages of previous generations. Because we don’t have an אברהם in our generation anymore.

We all know the pain and suffering that the בעל שם טוב (Baal Shem Tov) endured while teaching the world of chassidus. We all know that in the late 1700’s the Baal Hatanya was tortured by מתנגדים (anti-chassidus movements), when at that time Lithuania was the center of the מתנגדים (opponents of חסידים Hasidism), and Rabbi Shneur Zalman faced much opposition. In 1774 he and Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk traveled to Vilna in an attempt to create a dialogue with the ווילנער גאון who led the מתנגדים and had issued a ban against the חסידים, but the ווילנער גאון refused to see them and they had to leave town in order not to get stoned. In his seminal work, Tanya, he defines his approach as "מוח שולט על הלב" ("mind ruling over the heart/emotions").

In 1797 following the death of the ווילנער גאון, leaders of the Vilna community falsely accused the Hasidim of subversive activities - on charges of supporting the Ottoman Empire, since Rabbi Shneur Zalman advocated sending charity to support Jews living in the Ottoman territory of Palestine. In 1798 he was arrested on suspicion of treason and brought to St. Petersburg where he was held in the Petropavlovski fortress for 53 days, at which time he was subjected to an examination by a secret commission. Ultimately he was released by order of Paul I of Russia. The Hebrew day of his acquittal and release, 19 Kislev, 5559 on the Hebrew calendar, is celebrated annually by Chabad Hasidim, who hold a festive meal and make communal pledges to learn the whole of the Talmud; this practice is known as "Chalukas Ha'Shas" He was also arrested 2 more times at later dates, by people who did not like his views of torah which we now know is pure and holy!

I believe we are witnessing history all over again. Rabbi Rosenberg is now in the same spiritual standing as נח was then and both Pshutim of Rashi is right. I can not tell you what Rabbi Rosenberg would have been in the times of the Baal Shem Tov or the Baal Hatanya. I can tell you though with out a shadow of doubt that today he is in the level of תמים היה בדורותיו .

Lets take rashi’s second opinion. “In his generation he was considered a tzaddik—were he to have lived in the times of אברהם he wouldn’t have been important.” If that is indeed the case with Rabbi Rosenberg today, then ladies and gentleman, it is very sad because “THE JOKE IS ON US NOT ON HIM” in other words we are so low and so unworthy and so clueless that Rabbi Rosenberg is only a Tzaddik because its in OUR generation. All this shows is , that we are so far off that even a man like Rabbi Rosenberg is a tzadik these days.

Either way you spin it, the end result is the same. WE are in a generation that Rabbi Rosenberg is needed and is תמים היה בדורותיו! The only question is where he would rank 200 years ago. I am here to tell you that I could not care less where he would’ve ranked 200 years ago. I am delighted to have him today in a generation where there is no one to stand up for whats right and no one giving a voice for our children.

Never mind the fact, that if you take ANY Rabbi today and put him up against Holy man of 200 years ago, it would not be a pretty picture.

The bottom line is. We are lucky to have a man like him in our generation! We are lucky that there is still one man out there with courage and guts to speak the truth! Your children are lucky that there is one human being speaking up for them and willing to take a bullet for them, while all the others who are PAID to protect them could not care less!

B”H the Yomim Tovim are over and we are back to our daily routine of going to work every day, and slowly getting back to the norm.

Of course while we were taking it easy, spending time with the family and resting from work on Chol hamoed, spending days in Shul and with family, there was one man that did not take a break.

Rabbi Nuchem does not take vacation, does not take leave and does not have 9-5 hours, he is not given the same luxury we have, but of course he does not have a shul to daven either.

But let’s forget about that point for a second. Over the month of Teishrei, Rabbi Nuchem gave his regular speeches, updated his web site and unfortunately had to make multiple Emergency updates.

When the Rabbi has to make an Emergency update its usually not a good thing. I cant wait to see the day when the rabbi has a week off and comes back with a speech that the streets are clean and can only speak for 2 hours about his Divrei Torah of the week.

RAMAPO — A 58-year-old Monsey man has been charged with sexually molesting a 14-year-old boy, Ramapo police said today.

Police accused Moishe Turner of 5 Dana Road of having anal and oral sex on seven occasions throughout Ramapo and Spring Valley.

The investigation led to Turner's arrest last week on seven felony counts of second-degree criminal sex act and one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Detective Sgt. Brian Corbett said the investigation found the sexual activities occurred across Ramapo and in Spring Valley.

He said Ramapo detectives kept the case because the alleged crimes started in the town's jurisdiction.

"At this point in our investigation, we think there may have been more victims," Corbett said.

Ladies and Gentleman,

First I think we should put the owners of LoHud magazine in Cheirem for talking so dirty, how dare they but on a more serious note: What the hell is going on in our community? Look at the picture of this beast he had anal sex with boys, 7 times what we know off!

Let me stop guessing. what will get our attention and what will get ONE rabbi fired up and say: Rabbi Nuchem you were right we were wrong; I want to work with you! I ask you to tell me what it is you want to happen in our community before you jump out of your seat. Does it have to be someone you know, a cousin, a son a daughter, maybe 7 times is not enough for you, perhaps you are looking for a Yechiel Brauner type with 4000 kids in his resume?

The fact that Rabbi Nuchem has been yelling for 4 years that we should not send the kids to Israel, is beside the point, but I do want to focus on a couple of different points.

1. 1. Something original.

Can you guys come up with something original, or are you just followers? I am fully convinced that each and every one of these rabbis are listening to rabbi Nuchems hotline every single week, because they are always right behind him.

Rabbi nuchem teaches us what’s important and the hot topics on the streets, and then the Rabbis will bring it up 2 years later as if they discovered America.

Why is it rabbi nuchems job to give you material? Aren’t you the ones that are supposed to watch the community and be on top of things?

When do you decide to follow his lead and when do you decide not to? Do you think you accomplished anything with this Kol Koreh? Why don’t you follow the real issues and speak out against molestation? What a gutsy kol Koreh you gave! WOW! You guys really are not scared to make your opinion public!

I just got off the phone with a heimishe woman in Australia, and got a pin-point report on Rabbi Nuchem’s trip.

Let me quote this woman’s exact quote “Rabbi Nuchem was treated like a rock-star”.

Rabbi Nuchem made an historic trip to Australia and the crowds went wild, they engaged in conversation, they listened to his speeches and they enjoyed a spiritual week they won’t forget for a while.

I am not here to repeat every little detail, you can hear that on the Rabbis blog www.nochemrosenberg.blogspot.com and you can hear the details from the Rabbi himself. But I do want to educate the NY rabbis (Yes, I said educate) and expose the attitude and bluff we are surrounded with in New York.

The community there is just as bright as we are, just as smart as we are and just as educated as we are, never the less, they all came together and listened to the Rabbi and to his speeches. Why did they come? because they have the same problems we do, and they want to know how to deal with it and they want to better themselves and they want to have a clean community.

They don’t have the attitude “who is nuchem to listen to” Who needs this American rabbi. They knew that they are willing to do anything they can, to protect their kids, their streets, their schools and their community.

The same scene repeats itself everywhere in the Jewish communities all over the USA where the Rabbi preaches his heart-felt speeches and educates communities all through the USA.. The Rabbi Has attracted crowds in almost every USA State over the years and been invited to come back again and again

The only place where the Rabbi is not welcomed is the “Chassidishe crowd” in NYC. Why IS that? Why don’t we want to listen to him? What are we afraid of? Why are we so scared of this isolated man? Why not just ignore this silly man?

It’s all in the attitude! Its all in the fear these rabbis throw on the community, and let me explain.

The Rabbis here ( I crinch every time I must call David Eichenstein or Mendel Teitelbaum and similar garbage “Rabbi”) have two things going for them.

1. They got the worst attitude in the world. They will never listen to someone other than them. Because they are holy people, they are the best-of-the-best, and who are they to listen to little Nuchem Rosenberg?

The funny part is, that they are so full of it, that they are actually convincing themselves that they are actually good people. David Eichenstien actually thinks that he is one of the Tzadikkim of this generation. How deep in hell are we!

This rabbunim are so crooked and so off the real path, that it is so scary. It is so sad that we as people in the community let them get away with it and are scared to open our mouths. In Australia, no one cared that Rabbi Beck was not happy that Rabbi Nuchem was there, they laughed at him and decided to show up so they can learn something. But here in NY we don’t have the guts they have, obviously!

2. The Rabbis lead the cast of pedophiles in our community, so they will do everything in their power to shut Rabbi nuchem up!

They cannot afford to let the community hear what Rabbi Nuchem is saying, because they are done and exposed. Little do they know that everyone listens to rabbi Nuchem, and the hotlines have more phone calls every week that all these Rabunnims synagogue members combined.

Raboisai, I will say it until I am blue in my face. MAKE A STAND FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR KIDS! Take action or your kid might be the next Leiby Kletzky. Everything Rabbi Nuchem has been telling us, happened in the community. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

When the unfortunate “Leiby Kletzky” saga happened, the community was outraged and crowds were in heated discussions on how we must change and we must educate and we must we must and we must.

Well, ladies and gentleman the new winter season is almost here, the kids are starting to come home from the camps, the streets are slowly starting to fill up.

I would like to know which yeshiva hired counselors or brought in a professional to get going and start educating the students, the Rabbis and the principals of the schools. Which Talmid torah is still in the mode we were 6 weeks ago at the time of the tragedy and will do what we all said will be done when Kletzky was murdered.

Raboisai. We must demand from our schools that they follow up on this tragedy and do something about it. Remember how we felt that day, remember how we were sure that day that things will finally change. WE MUST follow up and we must make a stand and make sure that this brutal killing does not go to waste.

As things look right now, this innocent little boy’s killing did nothing but lined the pockets of some con artist’s opportunist that worked on our emotions and got us to donate money. We don’t know where the money went, we don’t know what it accomplished and we really don’t care. All we want is that this does not happen again, and as of right now, nothing is done about it.

Since the days of this terrible murder, the news has been full of stories with molesters, abusers and pedophiles. Now its starting to be standard news, just like when you see in the papers that a man was stabbed on the subway, you just read it, shake your head and move on. Rape, incest and abuse is starting to be the same reaction in our community, you read it, you shake your head and just go on.

Where is the outrage we felt the day Kletzky was cut up in pieces? Where is the outrage we promised ourselves to finally change? Where is the promises we said “NO MORE!? Where are our standards of protecting our little kinderlach? Mostly, where are the Rabbis to do something?

It’s been 6 weeks and other than the internet, cell phones and clingy clothing, we have not heard anything. Is this a joke? Are we really living in the Bronx zoo? Do we really don’t give a shit about our kids? Have we no guts to stand up for our 10 year old little kids?

WHAT AM I MISSING? WHAT DON’T I GET? WAKE UP EVERYONE! There is a new season up and coming now and we are right where we were last year.

You wonder why I keep praising Rabbi Nuchem. Believe me I am tired of it as well, but I am thirsting to find a new rabbi that I can hang on to! I am looking to align myself with a Chassidus that looks out for my little grandchildren but can’t find one.

Please don’t let this brutal murder go to waste. Act on it and demand protection for your kids. Is this asking much?

It seems as the work of Rabbi Nuchem is finally making a dent in our community and the word “Molestation” or “rape” is finally a word that people pay attention to.

I was excited to see that the two most popular Jewish news sites in our community are reporting incidents and breaking news of these cases. Both, VIN news (www.vinnews.com ) and TLJ news (www.tljnews.com) have shifted and started reporting these despicable stories and they both deserve credit.

I am referring to the story of a Teaneck, NJ Rabbi that was just arrested for molestation with kids from Israel that lived by him. This kind of molestation is the worst mistrust possible. Parents send their kids to a Rabbi and put the trust in a man that is supposed to be on a higher and better level than us, and have their hearts broken by a scumbag like that. That is the worst pain for a parent and the biggest mental breakdown for the victim.

How do you trust a human after the Rabbi molested you? How do you move ahead in life? How do you continue with anything when every teacher will bring out the worst memories in you?

Rabbi Nuchem has always put the biggest focus and attention on the Rabbis in our schools, and for good reason. The only Difference between our community and Teaneck NJ is, that they ionvolved the authorities while we let our rabbis go on forever.

Rabbi Unger from Bobov refuses to get rid of David Greenfield. This teacher is still in charge of 30 kids every single day, while he has molested tens of kids in the past. Good reasons

As I set Tisha Ba’av in shul saying the Kinos, I was schmoozing with the guys between Kinos and Mincha and we had an amazing discussion.

The two most powerful disasters in the Jewish history was The “Chorban bais Hamikdahs” and the “Dor Hamabil”. They were both destroyed for 2 reasons. One was for “Sinas chinam” hating people for no reason and the 2^nd one was, Znis (Adultry, pedophilia, rape, etc.)

So I immediately wondered and came to the conclusion that there were no cell phones back then and the women didn’t wear robes. Otherwise these 2 disasters would’ve happened for those 2 reasons. Since I have lived in Brooklyn, these were the only 2 reasons that the community was hit with bad news. Someone gets killed: The women speak on the cell phones. Someone gets robbed: the women wear their robes to tight. Leiby Kletzky: We are not observant enough with the internet.

So the big question is, back in those days when the Bais hamikdash was burned, and they had to blame it on Sinas chinam, was it due to the fact that the women didn’t wear robes, or did they find an even worst sin than wearing tight robes? Because in today’s world this is the worst sin! The facts that The Rabbis are garbage, the rabbis are being sold for money, the rabbis are the biggest abusers and molesters, those are not the reason why kletzky was killed. Its only because we use the cell phone too much, the internet too often and because Weingarten was given over to the authorities after repeatedly raping his daughter.

The above comments were supposed to be a joke, but it is unfortunately not! These people that have the galls and blame all the tragedies on klal yisroel on these poor excuses, are not only sick in the head, they do it to stir away blame from themselves.

These people that are busy with Lipa Shmeltser, Rabbi Nuchem, and everything but the real issues, are getting away with shifting the blame and no one calls them out.

It is pretty sad to see that with the education we get today and the overwhelming evidence of these molester-protectors, that these rabbis still feel they can get away with shifting the blame and no one dares challenging them?

I truly believe that we are smarter than that and would like to think that we are brighter than to take these peoples garbage and not respond! WAKE UP

Rabbi Nuchem at his best

Ladies and Gentleman, I had the opportunity and the privileges to join hundreds of community members at the hearing of butcher Levi Aaron earlier today. It was an amazing show of unity and harmony for the whole world to see. Among the people that were there was Rabbi Nuchem, as he is a regular by hearings of all molesters and abusers, and this one was no different.

Rabbi Nuchem also attracted the media as he so eloquently explained to them the issues and problems our community endures from. I stood there for about an hour and absorbed two amazing things.

Number one: I watched for awhile how the media was interacting with Rabbi Nuchem, they asked the questions, they wanted answers and they understood his points. They did not just listened and reported, they actually challenged him and the Rabbi answered them and they had follow-up questions and it went back and forth until they understood the mission of the Rabbi, his outrage, his point of view and the battle he fights for us.

As the Rabbi spoke to the media there was an individual from our community that tried to interrupt him, and the media asked him why he was against this Rabbi? Of course he could not answer except to say “he tell lie” “He lie” “He wrong” and basically made a fool out of himself.

It was no big deal, because the Rabbis in our community also don’t know the reason why Rabbi Nuchem is wrong. They cant give you a straight answer, They cant give you a reason why he is in isolation and not one of them is willing to speak out about it. I challenged almost every single Rabbi that signed against Rabbi Nuchem to debate me with Rabbi Nuchem, to debate me without Rabbi Nuchem, to make a statement on what their stance is on molestation in our community and of course I am still waiting for a straight answer (To the credit of two Rabbis, they told me that they feel bad that they signed it without investigating it first and they were pressured to do so - But are still scared to publicly acknowledge it).

What I do wonder however, is how everyone behind these cameras understood and all the reporters understood and comprehended the problem we have in our community, while our Rabbis refuse to acknowledge that they are lost and have no clue what’s going on here. Furthermore, the rabbis know exactly the issues in our community, they know exactly that the molesters are roaming our streets uncontested, but they wear their blinders with pride!

Number Two: I observed people walking over to Rabbi Nuchem and saying Thank you. I saw men and women from different communities walk by the Rabbi and shake his hand. I still have hope that we will have a clean community one day! I still have hope that the hard work Rabbi Nuchem has been doing for close to 10 years, will pay off! I still believe that very soon, the community will stand up and tell the Rabbis to jump in the lake and take back the streets themselves!

My message to all our “Rabbis” Shape up or ship out! The community is waking up and the tide is shifting! Your bluff is exposed and your Bull Shit is open to see!

By the way: I still didn’t get an answer what did Levy Aaron do much worst than Baruch Lebowitz, Jerry Brauner, The Dym Brothers, Mondrowitz, Kolko, Daskalowitz, Abramson, Sabo and all these other scumbags? Feel free to educate me…. I am waiting!

This time we’re doing something! This was the final nail in the coffin! We will not rest until we are a clean community! Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah!

It was only 2 weeks ago when the community was in a panic, in a state of shock and vowing to do everything possible to bring up the molestation and pedophilia issue. But as I predicted then, it will take 4 weeks and no one will even remember the name Kletzky (Except those that are making money of him).

I didn’t expect it then, I don’t expect it now, I don’t see any change in our system, I don’t see the community doing something to change the status quo!

What it will take for this community to put their kids first?, I truly don’t know! An arrest of molesters does nothing for us! A bunch of school Rabbis and teachers being exposed does zilch for us! A murdered body of a nine-year-old cut up into little pieces obviously does not do it either! I really don’t see a point to attempt to figure out what will do it, instead let’s just wait and see what time will bring us.

The clock is ticking, Time is flying, the molesters are having a free-roll in in our communities, and our kids are roaming the streets and are for the taking! As Rabbi Nuchem so eloquently says it “We live in a Congo”

I will be brutally honest with you guys. My kids are grown up and I have nothing to worry about them. My grandchildren are my kids’ problem. So I will sit back and see what this new season in the schools will bring! As of now I am convinced that 200 Leiby kletzky murders still won't do the trick.

What I have a problem understanding is the following: The rabbis I understand, why would they change? They have no opposition to their terrible behavior; they have no protests in front of their houses demanding a clean community, so why would they be dumb enough to change anything? But my question is where are the outraged parents? Where are the fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, uncles and community members? Why is there not people storming the streets and begging for a clean community? Why does not every man walk in this shabbas to shul and ask his Rabbi how come he did not speak up when Kletzky was murdered and discussed the issue?

It has become custom in our community, that in order to question your Rabbi, you have to get off the “Derech” first. and then people whisper "He was nebech abused" we don't do any prevention in this community, we rather cry over splled millk. Why can’t you address your concerns to the Rabbi? Why can’t you demand answers to these important issues? Why do we have to live in fear of our kids, why can’t we demand to see the qualifications of our Rabbis in the schools? Why does a Public School teacher have to show her credentials and qualifications, while our schools don’t have that? Why are we being treated like 2^nd-class citizens?

Why is there an organization for every kind of help / support / Gemach, but the children can’t have a bit protection? Why do I even have to tell you about it, why is it not burning in your soul on your own? Why is Rabbi Nuchem in isolation for speaking the truth? Why don't you demand an answer from your rabbi that signed it, he should explain to you why he signed it!

Let me leave you with this thought! Leiby Kletzke was murdered and dismantled into the freezer and into garbage cans all over Brooklyn, and it's 2 weeks later and no one even remembers that it happened. Are you happy about it? Is this what you wanted after this tragedy? This is what you call ”Community outrage”? What a joke and an embarrassment this is!

I had no intentions of posting a new article due to the fact that Rabbi Nuchem has multiple “hotline announcements” this week and due to the fact that the last month has probably been the worst week in Jewish history since World-War-II. (Kletzky - Abba Chatzirah - Belz Mikvah - New Square Murder - Kiryas Joel Drug arrest - Israel molestation - Crown Heigths arrest - to name a few)

But Raboisai, I have a couple of surprises for you (Not really a surprise, but) and a couple of emergency points we must discuss. However, if you are one of these readers that just like to read this blog and plan on doing nothing, perhaps you should log out now and not waste your time. There is an English saying, and it goes something like this: Put up or Shut up! And never has this saying been more urgent than it is now. It is time to walk-the-walk and it is time to jump into action.

I want to pose this question to the Rabbis in Williamsburg, Boro Park, Monroe, Monsey and Etc.

Assuming I want to follow you to the core, and I want to obey your rulings, decisions and verdicts. So here I am, living in the chassidishe town of Williamsburg and I just had one of my worst 4 - 6 spiritual weeks of my lifetime, starting with the brutal rape, kidnapping, abuse and murder of little Leiby Kletzky.

So here I am, trying to be a good boy and follow your rules. So I can’t listen to Rabbi Nuchem's hotline, I am not allowed to associate myself with the Zionist Agudah (At least they showed up to say something), The internet is not even an option and I am left waiting to hear what my Rabbi will say and react to this tragedy.

WHERE ARE YOU? What’s your position? I have not heard from anyone in my community, leading me in this difficult time? On the way to work I read the newspaper and see that even the Non-Jewish population have arranged memorial gatherings in the park. On the Radio I can only hear that the whole world is shaking with this bitter story, but my Rabbis are missing in action?

And please don’t try to tell me that you called an “Asifah” where three B-actor-Rabbis told me to leave my cell phone at home when I go to shul! This is the worst two months in recent Jewish history and my rabbis can’t take their time and tell me how to cope with this? My rabbis show up when there is a dinner and money-banquet for any little shteeble, but you can’t help me now at my worst time? My Rabbis are to be heard when on a daily basis for the biggest public-relation stunts but you can’t talk to me now? Are you for real? Are you the one that supposed to lead me? Are you lost for words? Where are you? Why are you letting me cope all alone in this difficult time?

But I have an even bigger secret for you. Since the Leiby Kletzky saga, there have been seven more Leiby Kletzky stories that have not made the news! Our youth are still being abused, raped, molested, and ruined for life. But hey, that’s no big deal, it always happened, it will continue to happen, these kids will get over it! If they get killed and cut up in pieces, than we have to pay attention, but just a regular rape and molestation, no biggie!

Raboisai, we need Rabbi Nuchem now more than ever! A boy was killed and cut up like kosher pork chops in a freezer and our “leaders” and Rabbis are MISSING IN ACTION! They are nowhere to be found! They are going on with life as if nothing happens and no one says boo! What is wrong with us? 5 years ago, the answer was: He touched a little kid, we will warn him and he won’t do it again. Today the answer is: He only killed him, but it was the first time. And next year it will be acceptable like: At least he didn’t cut him up in the freezer, give him a break!

You are thinking, this post is crazy, heartless and pure idiotic! Well, please explain to me what this story is different than any rape or molestation that does not end up in murder! What is the huge difference between lives ruined emotionally forever and a single murder!

But you know what, even if you think there is a difference and a murder is much worst, ha ha ha! Even a murder can’t get these rabbis out of their comfort zone! They are nowhere to be found.

Please tell me what it will take for Satmar Rabbi, Viener Ruv, Klauzenberg Rabbi, and similar giants (what a joke) in our community, to stand up and say: I am sick of the molesters! I am sick what’s going on here! I am sick with the whitewashing!

Ladies and Gentleman, these rabbis have proven to us time and again that are tuned out, they don’t care, they laugh at us and could care less what our community does. If we will not grab the bull by its horns, than you might as well pack it in! if we will not get together and worry about our streets and children, it will be a disaster. Our Rabbis will do nothing! Our Rabbis don’t care unless there is money or fame to be gained! A brutal murder could not get them up and get involved! It’s a joke what’s happening to us! It’s a joke how we are being controlled into pure garbage! It’s a joke how this has been happening for close to 40 years! It’s a joke and a shame that Rabbi Nuchem Rosenberg is still in isolation against the will of most Jewish community members and he is the only one that fights for us!

Members of the community! I beg you for the sake of YOUR kids! Speak up and demand from your Rabbi to do something. Speak up and talk to your friends and ask them to get involved and demand justice and integrity for your innocent little kids!

Pedophilia is going wild! Drug dealers are roaming the streets in our safest community! Murders is about to be whitewashed too!

Why is it that there are not 2,000 people showing up at the court cases of these molesters and demand justice for OUR kids! Why are you supporting rabbi Nuchem only in hiding? Come out and make your voice heard! Tell the world, Rabbi Nuchem is right and I am Proud to support him! I am proud that there is still one man with balls (I did it again) to stand up to these pedophiles and their supporters!

President Bush once said: If you harbor a terrorist, you are a terrorist, and you will have the same conviction as him! If you are a Rabbi that protects a molester, then YOU ARE a molester! I don’t care how big of a rabbi you are, and how much Torah you know by hard. IT’S WORTHLESS! And as president bush said: you are either with us or against us, there is no middle ground!

And once again, remember whom you are fighting for! For your kids! For your streets! For your clean streets! It’s your choice and only you can accomplish something for your kid, no one else will fight for you as you know by now and not only wont they fight for you, they will disturb you and will protect the biggest molesters and the biggest murderers for a couple of dollars, so think about it!

I wanted to start this article by saying “Shame on you Agudah"! But Rabbi Chaim Dovid Zweibel beat me to it. He appeared as a guest on the Zev Brenner show this past weekend and basically said (in other words): Shame on you Agudah! You have no clue what you are talking about! And in other words said: Hey Agudah, stay out of it.

I have a feeling that rabbi Zweibel is a “closet-follower” of Rabbi Nuchem, because he definitely spoke as he is one. The man was lost! The man was sweating bullets and could not keep up with any caller, and was somewhat embarrassed with this Agudah ruling.

You are probably all wondering, what’s going on? How does the Agudah send someone like this to present their opinion? The man had no answers to any callers! The man was lost, the man was confused! The man contradicted himself every 3 minutes, and you can see and smell his sweat over the radio airwaves.

Ladies and gentleman. The man that spoke on the radio is not a hired spokesman for the Agudah, he is THE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT of this organization, and even HE has no clue what the Agudah said or what their opinion is. But how can you blame him? No one in the Agudah has a clue what it is they said!

Let’s review what transpired here:

1. a number of callers (including Rabbi Nuchem) asked him for one name of a Rabbi that is qualified to answer these questions and people can go to him when they have a problem. Of course he could not produce EVEN one!

So, we have the vice president of the largest gathering of rabbis that are representing the Jewish population, and doing some baloney Lip-Service and Public-relations due to the bitter tragedy of Leiby Kletzky, and the vice president of the organization cannot give you ONE rabbi where you should go to in case of an emergency!

And you wonder why Rabbi Nuchem has a problem with the Rabbis? You wonder why people don’t buy the bull shit they spew? Come on, an eight-grader would know that if he makes a presentation to a class, he has to bring at least one example! You are a guest on a Radio station to push your agenda, and to ask people not to go to the police department but to a rabbi, and you can’t give us ONE name of a rabbi that we should go to? I bet if I ask you where to send a donation for the Agudah, you can give me 12 different office locations within 15 seconds!

2. I would assume that if you are a guest on a radio show and presenting a ruling, you would agree with it, be comfortable and confident about it, and most-of-all understand it. I have never seen a democrat use a republican to present his view at a press conference.

This man was ashamed with his view, his opinion and with his alliance with this prganization. He was breathing heavy, he was frustrated and mostly didn’t even understand this ruling. Every time when he said something about it, he was lowering his voice and saying “I guess you must go to the rabbi” and he said it with a tone of disgust and shock!

Rabbi Zweibel, we don’t blame you and we understand you. I would also be ashamed to align myself with such garbage! I would be embarrassed to be the puppet for such nonsense. Furthermore, I would be angry if my organization forces me to be the goat that has to explain this garbage to a public that is being educated and sees right through it! How awkward is it when you have to address a crowd and you can’t keep up with a 22 year old woman from Rockland County, when you are shredded to pieces by every single caller on the station. How sad is it when you must go public with a bull-shit agenda that you yourself don’t get, the people that sent you don’t get it and no one in the audience gets it. Poor man!

3. He finished by saying “The good news is that we made a lot of progress on this issue and we continue to do so”. Well Rabbi Zweibel, enlighten me please and update me on the great progress you made! Please I am all ears! Give me an example of what you accomplished recently! Give me a story (Anytime in the past 5 years) of success! Lead me to one of these great activities you accomplished regarding molesters!

Why didn’t you answer the last caller (Rabbi Cohen) other than "he made a number of good points"! Why don’t you just say, I don’t understand this whole issue or say I believe that you should not go to the police! Why are you not telling us the way it is? Why don’t you just tell the public what the Agudah really thinks? Why don’t you just tell us the truth, we make a lot of money off these molesters and we want to be in charge!

4. You said: You were moved and touched by R’ Nachman kletzky and by the things we learned from this tragedy and the message he had! Ok Rabbi, Please tell me exactly what it is you learned from this tragedy? What is it that you learned that you would like to share with us? What does this story have in common with the agenda you are pushing of not going to the police? Can you be a bit specific for once and tell us a straight sentence?

Raboisai. I can go on forever of all the nonsense he said (Including he will talk to Rabbi Horowitz and see why his opinion is that you SHOULD go to the police), but what’s the point? What don’t we know yet that we just found out? What garbage didn’t he feed us that we didn’t hear 20 times before?

It is vital that we understand and we pinpoint the enemy! It is vital that we realize the game that is being played on us! It is vital to see that if we will not do it and take matters into our own hands, it will not be done!

Everything Rabbi Nuchem preached and predicted came through with flying colors unfortunately! If you ever doubted and wondered why Rabbi Nuchem is so angry with the Rabbis of our generation, you definitely got your answers after listening to this rubbish and you must have noticed how the spin doctors are treating us like kindergarten kids and just babble for an hour and think that we are in 1963 where we are scared to ask questions!

I challenge anyone to write to me and not only show me a support to the "so-called" halachic nonsense he fluttered, but better yet, explain to me what he said! Can someone please tell me what their "shit-a"is? I know what it is! They know what it is! We all know what it is! They want you to report only to them and they will continue whitewashing it.

So Rabbi Zweibel, why don’t you tell us with confidence “The halacha is you are not allowed to go to the police” Why are you embarrassed with your beliefs? Why don’t you stand up for what you believe in? I will tell you why – Because they know they are wrong, they are just trying to hold on to power! They are trying to hold on to something that have done for 50 years! They are trying to continue to lead us that blind path, and they feel the pressure! They don’t like it at all! They are on their last breath begging you to keep following them and don’t ask questions! They know that in todays times we have Rabbi Nuchem to hear the truth, and they can't take it!

It seems that slowly-but-surely things are going back to normal. As I predicted last week on my blog, that it’s only a matter of time before people are outraged and boiling mad about the Kletzky murder and were vivid that Rabbi Nuchem has been saying it all along, but now a week later, you hear the talk in shul that it was an “Isolated” story, it was the “Luck of the draw” that he bumped into Aaron, and all similar nonsense.

I remember when I learned in Satmar yeshiva back on Sands Street in the70’s, there was a group of boys that we called “Daf – Beis” and the reason we called them daf beis, was due to the fact that every day they started a new mesechta (chapter) of Talmud and the following day they got bored and started another one. By the end of the season they knew the first page of every part of the Talmud.

The funny part is, I know some of these boys today (30 – 40 years later) and they do the same thing in business. They open a business every month; they get bored of it within one month when they don’t make their first million right away, and move on to the next business. I am sure there is a medical term for this kind of behavior but I am not sure the exact term.

Our community has a similar problem. Whenever there is a tragedy in the community they run with it for a week and then cool off, wait for the next tragedy, get all worked up on that one, cool off, and wait for the next one.

The Rabbis work on the same exact system. Today the kosher chickens are not good, they are busy with it for a week, cool off and move on to the next problem. Today the strawberries have worms; they turn over the world for two weeks, move on, cool off and wait for the next major story. Today there is a new one, The water needs to be filtered from flies, they flip over, make some money with filters, busy with it until there is no more money to be made and on to the next problem. (Meanwhile the chickens and the strawberries and the water never had a problem and definitely never had a solution, but it kept them busy).

Today there is a problem with the women’s robes (they are too long, too short, too tight, too many colors, too little colors, too big on the top, too small on the sleeves) ok we are busy 2 weeks with it, made the money and you guessed it: NEXT! Today the cell phones are not good, ok kosher cell phone time… money money….. Good morning – Good night….. NEXT.

Today we got a new one. Lipa Schmeltzer is making a concert… 30 rabbis….. Petition time……men and women mixed……. That’s why accidents happen…..NEXT! (Oops, it was not mixed – OK mistake… next!)

Meanwhile the chickens are good, the strawberries are delicious, the robes are perfect, the water is yummy, the cell phones are ok (but only for men, for the women it’s not modest enough) VIN gets advertisements from every Jewish charity organization and business in our community, Lipa is ok but only in the winter, only when he gives free tickets for charity, only when he gets a hech$$her from the rabbi…………..BUT WAIT! Nuchem Rosenberg, he is a the problem (he does not want to pay, he does not want to follow the stream, he does not get scared from voicing his opinion)

While all these major problems happened, and the Rabbis were busy checking strawberries and chicken legs, you could not find one Rabbi to speak out against the killing in New Square and not one Rabbi speaking out about the molestation and pedophilia in our community. And you tell me that we have leaders in our jungle? You are trying to convince me that our community is run great and we are on the right track? You are trying to persuade yourself that the rabbis are on top of the issues? You still have a problem with Rabbi Nuchem?

People tell me I agree with Rabbi Nuchem but I wish he would stop badmouthing the Rabbis. If he does that, he will get my full support. This statement is Ludacris and let me explain:

There is a group called Jews for Jesus. We are Torah observing Jews and we know that there is no bigger oxymoron than that. If you are a Jew, you can’t be for Jesus – and if you are for Jesus, than you are not a Jew. You cannot be a beef –eating vegan. If you are vegan, you only eat vegetables and that’s that.

If you want a clean community and agree with Rabbi Nuchem, than you must rid yourself of people that protect molesters and rapists. How can you be for the cause and still support people that make it easy for molesters to roam our community? It just does not go together!

Is it painful that our Rabbis protect these vile scums? Hell Yes! But they don’t get a free pass just because they have the title Rabbi attached to it. They don’t get off Scott-free because they don’t have the balls to take a stand. Explain to me how 10 days after this sick tragedy, we have not heard from a rabbi yet regarding molestation in the community? How sick is that? How can you have 1% respect for any rabbi when they are in hiding all year round and only show their face to sign a petition against Lipa Schmeltzer? Seriously, enlighten me whats going on here?

Stop finding bugs in my strawberries and stop finding 3 legs on my chickens, stop worrying about my wife’s robe and concentrate on the safety of my grandchildren! Get your priorities straight and then I can perhaps have respect for you! Get your important issues on the front-runner and then check my eggs and blueberries. Don’t worry about my wife’s cell phone, rather make sure my child does not have a molester waiting for him in the Mikvah. Can you do that for me?

Raboisai, I am not a follower of Rabbi Nuchem because he is my Rabbi; I am not a follower of Rabbi Nuchem because my father told me to do so. I follow him because the other two-three Rabbis that I would love to follow don’t have the guts to speak out about the important issues and he does! I can’t wait for the day when the Rabbis start doing something about it and clean up our streets and then I will close this blog and not have to worry about all these problems. Ladies and gentleman, without any further ado and without any introduction, I really would like to have an open conversation and a heart to heart talk with you.

Our state of mind in our community has become beyond laughable, beyond despicable and beyond anything you can imagine. It has become sad and sick! Our so called leaders treat us like third-world-country orphans and like some South African prostitutes, they sell us anything they dream, anything they fantasize and we buy it like sitting ducks. The expression “I can sell you the Brooklyn Bridge” was strictly created for our community. We just follow these idiots like blind sheep even when it’s crystal clear that these morons make no sense and push blatant lies on us.

Yesterday Moshe green of Monsey spoke in front of a crowd of people and said that the murder of Leiby kletzky happened due to the fact that we handed over convicted-molester Weingarten to the government, and also because we have day-camps in the community.

Ladies and gentleman, I don’t even know where to start, but let’s break down this whole speech.

Moshe green is a huge scholar and is a big Talmid chuchem but even a bigger idiot and even a bigger con-artist (Of course he is Pinny Greens brother – what do we expect).

Let’s break down the Weingarten case and see what’s going on. Molester Weingarten has molested his daughter throughout her upbringing years. Her principal in Antwerp (Rabbi Stauber) released a 2-page letter explaining the vicious rape and molestation he brought upon this poor innocent girl for years, the court system heard heart-breaking evidence of the brutal incest this monster tortured this little kid. We finally had an open-and-shut case with a no-doubt verdict that this monster preyed upon this little kid for years.

This Weingarten flees to Monsey and approaches Moshe Green and tells him please help me, they are going to court and they will put me in jail for the rest of my life.

Moshe green does not investigate one minute and just comes out (Along with some other fools in the community) with a long letter supporting this scumbag and still to this day has the balls to say that Leiby Kletzky was murdered because we put away this rapist.

But the fact that someone is a Talmud Chuchem, does not give him the ability to be a rabbi, to be a spokesman for the community and definitely does not give him the authority to tell people how to live and what to do and what to ignore!

A community leader is supposed to be sensitive to a community and suppose to lead the community with the Torah guidelines and not with private motives. Like it or not, Rabbi Nuchem speaks his mind and speaks the truth whether it’s a popular choice or not, whether it is controversial or not. He does not go with the mainstream but rather with the truth.

Can someone remind me when was the last time any of these rabbis made a controversial ruling or announcement? Are you telling me that in the times of Talmud the sages argued over every detail, and today all the Rabbis are in agreement?

What is the use of having a Rabbi when he is not willing to give a true opinion and is scared to say what he really thinks?

What is the purpose of having a million rabbis and shuls when they all sign letters and announcements without a second of research?

Since when are all these people, “Rabbis”? Who made you for community liaisons and spokesman? Everyone that decides to become a Rabbi just builds a shul and the next morning he tells us how to live. How stupid are we? How gullible are we?

Dinever Rabbi had a shul with 20 people in Flatbush and now decided to become a Rabbi and boom, he is now a Tzadick!

Squarer rabbi at the age of 27 lost his father and boom, he is now a Tzadick!

Kossover rabbi the All-American boy decided to become a Rabbi and boom, he is now a Tzadick!

The Eichenstein brothers decided that the Non-Profit org. is up their alley and boom, he is now a Tzadick!

Mechel lebowitz was a lowlife all his life, Satmar tried to kill him, but he was stronger them them. He found a couple of idiots to build him a shul and boom, he is now a Tzadick!

I am not here to tell you who your rabbi should be and whom you should follow, but please don’t be silly, don’t be gullible, don’t be an idiot and buy every piece of garbage pushed upon you. A True Jewish leader

When we were little kids, the rabbi in our school used to tell us stories about the old sages that use to be “Moser nefesh” themselves on behalf of Klal yisroel.

Many of the talmidie baal Shem used to go around in the jails and pay large sums of money to get Jewish prisoners out of there, and some of them went so far as to beg the guards to replace the prisoners with them. There are famous stories of rabbi R’ Zishe that did it on a regular basis.

We don’t expect much from the rabbis today, especially one that only got his post because his father passed away, even though he was not qualified at all. But you would probably enjoy the move that the rabbi of New Square did today.

David Twerskey the grand rabbi of new Square showed today his true colors when his attorney requested from the court systems that his name should be withdrawn from the lawsuit by Mr. Rothenberg. He wants the lawsuit to be only on his butler Saul Spitzer and not on him.

Rabbi you outdid yourself. You really showed the Ahavas yisroel you have for another Jew, you are really teaching us what it means to be sad with a fellow Jew at a critical time and most of all you showed us what a coward you are.

If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime, rabbi! For years you have been abusing your community, for years you dictated your town, for years you turned a blind eye to violence with your famous words “Ich Veis nisht”, for years you hid behind the scenes and orchestrated your mafia antics, for years you hid under the name “Rabbi” and oppressed your village, and now you are crying “Why is my name on the lawsuit”?

Your past history speaks volume about you! Mr. Berger died in a prison like a dog because of you. His son and three others got sentenced for heavy time because of you (your girlfriend Hillary made sure they only did three years), you never cared about anyone but yourself! You never showed love to anyone but your own skin! Your history proves that you have no soul and no heart!

Do you really think that one interview with “Ami” made everything go away? Do you think you can make us forget, the way you make your villagers forget?

We demand that the FBI and local authorities fully investigate you and we demand that they interview “In Private” every single person living in your town, and only then will they get the true picture of who you are, and what kind of monster you are.

our Rabbis are Missing In Action

It’s been a week since our world has been turned upside-down. This past week was a week filled with sadness, grief, sorrow, media blitzes, a heart-breaking funeral and a week that nothing else was discussed in our community (Rightfully so) but the Leibby kletzky HY”D murder.

As with every crime of this nature, time is the only thing that heals. There is nothing you can say to the family of this holy child that will make them feel better, the only thing that will somewhat put them back to normal, will be time! As time goes on they will heal and move on with their lives. They will NEVER be back to normal, but they will somewhat move ahead and get back to daily routine and concentrate on their daily lives and family.

To the rest of the community, time will also heal but it will take much less time. Most of the community has already moved on, and some will need another week or so to completely forget about it and get back to the daily grind of life.

As is the case with every investigation that has such a gruesome twist to it, the investigators along with the media discover new evidence and create story lines as the days go along. We now know much more details of what we knew three days ago. At the same time, they also go back to the original days of the tragedy and look back to see if we did everything right, or what we didn’t do speculating and second-guessing every move, and that’s how they know what to avoid the next time a tragedy hits a community.

Today the media is discussing the fact that the Police dept. was notified only four hours later that the “Shomrim” were. They are also reporting and debating the fact that the orthodox community has no trust in the Police Dept. and rather deal with the Rabbis and the local “Shomrim” or similar departments.

I just got off the phone with several reporters of the Media and clarified to them the reason behind all this and the true motive why the shomrim are being notified first and how our community is being controlled and manipulated by these rabbis. Rabbi Nuchem is also in the process of doing an interview with a local reporter which will end up as a one-hour special to be aired on a major news channel.

Now let’s face it. If you browse on the internet on multiple blogs and news services, you will find comments from outraged people in our community, demanding that we speak up about child molestation and pedophilia. I am very happy to see it, because as much as we don’t want to admit it, we burden this tragic death. As the stories come out from neighbors that he was luring kids, giving them rides and candies and one particular mother (Her little son) actually had a big run-in with him. But what makes me mad, is the fact that we had not heard from ONE rabbi in our community about it!

What will it take to get the Rabbis involved? What will it take to have ONE rabbi make a stand for our kinderlech? What will it take to have one Rabbi show us that there is still ehrliche yiden in our community? What will it take from one rabbi to show us that he will not follow the blind and actually speak up for what he believes even though it might be controversial?

It’s been a week since this tragedy and many organizations, private counselors and professionals have weighed in on the issue of molestation and pedophilia but not one rabbi did (Other than Rabbi Nuchem). What does that show? What does that tell the community? Why would someone listen to anything else you have to say when we see you are scared to give an opinion if it’s not politically correct? How do you expect our youth to follow us when a blind man can see the hypocrisy today?

Why would a 17 year old boy listen to you when you tell him to daven or not use drugs, while you are scared to speak up about molestation and pedophilia?

I have a much bigger question. Rabbi Nuhem is in Cheirem, he is a lowlife and is every name in the book. You dirty 38 scumbags put out a letter where you forbid the community to listen to him. The idiots that don’t realize yet that you are a bunch of crooks and the biggest thieves and garbage on the planet, what are they supposed to do? They can’t listen to Rabbi Nuchem and yet you are scared to speak up?

What kind of Bull-shit leadership is that? What kind of joke are you pulling on us? What kind of morons are we that we still follow you and scared to speak up? You guys are probably all chatting on Yahoo every night and laughing at us on how dumb we are and how naïve we are! I would laugh too! You control 40,000 Jews and we are all sitting ducks and follow the garbage you feed us! How sad are we? How stupid are we? You wonder why the youth leave our life style in record numbers? They are not willing to be a parrot and they want answers! REAL ANSWERS! They will not take the bull shit that most of us do!

Rabbi Nuchem gets 100s of calls every day from people in our community that have no connection with us, they don’t believe in anything, they don’t trust a single rabbi, they don’t trust Kosher food, they don’t rely on anything that is associated with the rabbis today.

I spoke to a man in his 40s that has a son who is totally off the derech, and he confined in me that he could not care less. He is proud of him and told me straight to the point: “My son had the guts to do it, I didn’t, and still don’t have the guts for it, more power to him”.

The bottom line is, these rabbis have been pushing the envelope for years but there is just so much you can push before we push back. Remember that!

And to you Rabbis I say: Don’t even for one second thing that we don’t see through you! We know you are all fake, we see how you deal with things and you are fooling no one. You can pout Nuchem in cheirem 100 more times, every one laughs at it. We know it carrieds no real value and it meands nothing.

By the funeral of Leibby, thousands upon thousands came over to Rabbi Nuchem and told him Thank you. It was not over the phone, it was not hidden through the email system, it was right in the open on 16^th ave. and 56^th street.

You guys are a joke and laughing stock and if you care at all (which I doubt) you should know that you are responsible for our youth and for the thousands of Jewish people that lose faith in hashem. Its your behavior and fake conduct that pushes thousands of youth away from yidishkeit.

You can laugh it off and say whatever you want, but that’s the fact! Speak to those kids, speak to their parents and you will see what you bring to this community! NOTHING BUT FAILURE!

The morning after

Roaming the streets this morning, there is still a little buzz in the streets about this inconceivable crime, but it is slowly getting back to normal. The media is slowly disappearing; the crowds are back to their daily routine and by tomorrow we will forget that it ever happened. Unfortunately, life will never be normal for the poor family of Leibby HY”D.

It will be the biggest shame and travesty if this molestation and murder is going to waste. Let’s face it, the community went all out and searched for 36 hours, thousands upon thousands came out to pay their respect for this little innocent victim, but nothing was done to actually build on this tragedy, to educate upon this catastrophe and to prevent future episodes.

The Rabbi speaking to the media

There was one man that came out to pay respect to this nine-year-old victim and actually made sure that his time was well spent. You guessed it; Rabbi Nuchem was out there from 6 PM and did multiple interviews with the TV stations and told them about the molestation issues we are experiencing in our community.

As always, rabbi Nuchem made the best out of it, and tried to motivate the people to work on this bitter plague. It is also very interesting to note that thousands of people walked by the Rabbi and told him words like: You are SO right! You warned us that this is coming! Thank you for all your work! I was there with the Rabbi the whole time and actually heard it.

If I ever doubt what the people think about Rabbi Nuchem, I wonder no more. I saw it first-hand how the people realize that this man is crying for close to five years and his fears are coming through.

So my question is to all these thousands of people that helped in the search, and the close to ten thousands of men and women that attended the funeral. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY TO MAKE SURE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN? How are you going to avoid this tragedy from repeating? This story happens on a daily basis in our community, just with a different ending, why are you feeling better today than yesterday and still not wild and outraged about the safety of our children?

I had the opportunity to speak with numerous members of Hatzalah and Shomrim of different communities. Some of them told me horror stories as how the Rabbunim are forcing them to hush hush molestation reporting and similar acts.

Ladies and gentleman don’t let this murder go in vain! Don’t let the work of thousands of people to go to waste! continue the effort and do something about it.

Don’t let this vicious cycle continue! The sad part is, that when I speak with you guys in private, you all agree that Rabbi Nuchem is ONE-MILLION-PERCENT right so why not make a stand and stand up for what you believe? How much longer will you just be sitting ducks? We finally have a boy murdered, what are you waiting for now? Is that still not enough?

This was done by a pedophile / molester that lived among us, prayed among us, worked among us and THERE ARE HUNDREDS MORE of Levi Arons’ that roam our streets and you will just sit back and say nothing?

Who is the Rabbi fighting for? FOR YOUR FAMILY! What else can I say to light a fire under your skin? We have gotten kids off the way, we have gotten kids damaged for life and now we have a dead nine year old cut up in little pieces spread in a garbage can and a freezer. Tell me what else you want to see that could perhaps get your attention to get involved and demand that your local Rabbi take a stand for a safe street?

Why is it that Rabbi Nuchem has to even fight for you? Why should you not be out on the streets today just like you were out yesterday and yell on top of your lungs “I AM LIVING IN A FUCKEN JUNGLE AND I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE” – What are you waiting for, for a mass murderer? For someone to be cut up in 15 pieces? Is cut up in half not enough? I just don’t get it!

Ladies and gentleman, as much as the rabbi works for you he is still only a human being and can only do so much! There are hundreds of molesters and/or rabbis that are waking up every day and planning how to disturb his work, and despite that the Rabbi puts his life on the line every day to work for YOU! Make a stand and speak your mind.

When someone breaks in to your house and steals your silverware, you don’t go to your Rabbi and ask him what to do, you call 911 and report it. Does your little kid not deserve the same courtesy? Is he not as precious as your silver napkin holder? He does not deserve as much security as your shabbas leichter? What is going on here?

I will guarantee you today that if we continue our daily routine and don’t speak up, it is only a matter of time before there is another similar story. And let me tell you, it won’t take 10 years! There is a molester on your block looking out the window right now and elaborating a strategic way how he can pick up YOUR child. Sounds scary? I started writing this article today and I am stuck at the first paragraph for close to thirty minutes. Where do I begin and where do I start? What’s the point of it and what’s the goal of it? What is there left to say that wasn’t said yet and what else can I even say?

There I so many angles to discuss, so much tragic prospective to debate and so much hurt and pain as this wound is still fresh. But I am taking the energy to write this, in hope of making a difference and as a result of this article, if only one human will change, only one person will light a fire in his soul to do something and only one Jewish soul will be saved, it will all worthed.

Poor Father! Poor mother! Poor 8 year old shefeleh! Poor Jewish soul, I am heartbroken! I have not stopped crying all night! I cant close my eyes for a second! I have kissed my kids every 10 minutes…………… These are just some of the statements expressed by many in the community

Well, allow me my friends to tell you what I think and what I see. Am I heart-broken over this? Absolutely! Have I seen this coming? Absolutely! How could you know or even think that someone will kill a little innocent boy? Well, let me explain:

The end result of a tragic occurrence is almost never the initial mindset and goal of the perpetrator. In other words, when you read in the paper that a bank manager was shot in the head by two bank robbers, they didn’t initially come to kill him. They came to rob him and due to circumstances (i.e. putting up a fight, or calling the police, etc.) they decide to kill him. When you hear in the news that a woman was killed after she was brutally raped, they did not initially intend to kill her, they came to rape her, and because she yelled or did something to try to run away, they decided to kill her and try to get away with it.

The main story that happened over here by us is that a man kidnapped and abducted a little kid in the heart of Boro Park and in broad daylight. A man molested and raped a nine year old in the so called one of the safest communities in New york (And before you jump on me, it was not proven that he was raped or molested, remember what I always tell you, I have great connections to the upper intelligence squads in the community. I know what they withhold and what they don’t – and indeed this kid was brutally molested -Besides, I don’t think that this scumbag decided to kidnap him because he was missing a person for meziman). The end result just so happened that he killed him because he got scared, spooked or whatever it is that made him do it.

As sad is this killing is (and god almighty it is brutally sad), that is not the main story! The main story is, that yet another molester was roaming our streets free and clear because they feel comfortable in our community. They know they get away with it! They know that no one will hunt them down! They know that while they are out, they will have a minyan every day in their basements! They know that they are dealing with the most insecure, self-doubting, guilt-feeling community, and they can always run to Skuelene rabbi to protect them.

So when I tell you that I saw this coming, I mean it I saw it coming! Because just like in every crime, the end result can always take a turn for the worst, and molestation is no difference.

Chazal teach us ועבירה גוררת עבירה ( One sin leads to the next sin)! Why is that? Very simple! Because when you do one sin and you steal something from the grocery store, it automatically makes you do another one. Because when the owner confronts you, you must lie (sin number 2) and if someone else saw you, you might kill him so he does not tell the owner, and so on and on it becomes a vicious cycle.

Therefore, when someone molests a kid, it is just the norm that something bad follows. At times it will be molesting again, at times it will be lying about it, at times it will be threatening and hurting another witness and this time it was killing the kid. So what’s the big shock? What’s the big story? The story is all the same, the ending is just a bit different! (I know, I am really cold hearted and a low life for talking like this)

Let’s take it to the next level! Why is this much sadder than when he would’ve let him live a 70 year life full of hurt, pain, and misery? Every child that gets molested is suffering the rest of their lives and has pain, nightmares, and damage for life!

Why is the outrage only when the end result is death? Why is there no outrage when the end result is a life of misery and psychological pain? Why did it have to come to this to get every ones attention? What did you think will happen? And who says that it might not end up even worst next time? Maybe next time he will kill the kid AND his two brothers, in order to try to get away with it? (I know, I am really cold hearted and a low life for talking like this).

Raboisai! The Kiddush hashem that was created by the over-two-thousand- strong volunteers that the community produced is absolutely amazing. The whole world saw how Jewish brothers feel each other’s pain, and all over Brooklyn there was frum – Heimish people walking the streets , giving out flyers to people and doing all they can. In the biggest heat-wave this city ever saw, people were going on for hours and hours to help each other out in this difficult time.

But this Kiddish hashem is not even 1% of the Kiddush hashem you will make, if you all get together next week and yell in the streets that we will do whatever it takes to get rid of this molestation plague! And if you can’t find a rabbi that is willing to speak out about it and take the lead, then put your ego on the side, call up Rabbi Nuchem and make a stand for your community.

I ask you all to close your eyes for one second and picture this butcher standing next to the poor kid Leibby. But instead of seeing Leibby there, put your little boy or girl in that picture. Whatever their name is moishele, Arele, Ruchele, Leah’la Chaim, hershy, Miriam, Chany, Yanky, etc. just put their little face and body next to the monster and picture it in your mind.

If you didn’t jump up and yell, you should probably put your kid up for adaption. Now tell me that rabbi Nuchem is hallucinating!

Rabbi Nuchem is like the energizer bunny... he keeps going and going and does not give up! I would dare to say there is no one in the Jewish community over the past 200 years that has had the guts and courage like this man has.

Thank you Rabbi and remember you have much more supporters than haters, they are just oppressed by the rabbis in the community and with god’s help you will succeed otherwise the Jewish nation has no chance.

Keep plugging away and as bleak as it looks you are making a difference and saving Jewish souls on a daily basis.

When you get up to heaven after your time is up, thousands of saved Jewish souls will come and greet you and all the previous rabbis that gave their lives for clean communities will line the heaven gates and greet you.

Over there, there won’t be fake rabbis at the head table. David Twerseky and his likes will be working in the kitchen, washing dishes or something. YOU will sit on the head table next to the real Jewish scholars and leaders. You will wave to the “dirty 38” through the windows to hell!

New Square drama .............

New Square arson victim Mr. Rothenberg is B”H back in Freewald and able to pray and give his Shiur for the elderly and sick people in the old-age home.

New Square has been off the map for the last 2 weeks due to the incident in Belz (these three brother-in-laws Satmar / Belz / New Square are taking chances to see who can make a bigger chillul hashem) but we will not let this story be gone. We will keep it on the front burner and make sure that the perpetrators and criminal Twersky gang pay the price.

It is So So painful

I have just spoken with a very close source to the father of the victim in the Belz shul on 15^th Ave. He is receiving incredible pressure AND threats to drop charges. They thretend him that they will take his kid and put him on the stand and make him crazy (They will show him pictures of a penis and ask him where he was touched, how he was touched, wich hand was used, etc.) and try to make him all messed up. And it seems as it is working, as the father is contemplating dropping the charges.

Let me make this statement clear to both parties.

To the father of the victim, I am saying the following:

Don’t give an inch and don’t be scared.

For starters: they will NEVER EVER go to trial because no jury in the USA will let this guy walk free. They can’t afford to go to trial because he will die in prison.

Second: You owe it to your kid to stand by him! In years from now you will regret it a million times if you drop the chrges, your kid will know that you buckled under pressure and will remember that forever. It will hurt him much more in the long run, if you drop the chrges

Third: They raped your kid – Don’t let him rape YOU! Stand up for what you believe and let the truth prevail!

Fourth: The Rabbis that advise you, could not care less about you, they strictly advise you what’s good for them not for you! Don’t make the mistake that many people did and cried over it years later! Be smart, be consistent and most of all BE A FATHER! Do for your kid right! Stand up for him! Defend him! Make sure this crime does not go in vane!

To the Rabbis – Lawyers – Community liaisons, i say the following:

There is one person ( I know the name) that told the father “We will put your kid on the stand, and it won’t be pretty”

Shame on you for saying that and shame on you for trying to protect a molester and rapist! I wonder what you would do if your 7 year old girl is anal-raped by a man? I wonder what you would do if it was your son or daughter? Where do you have the heart to threaten a father of a victim at his worst and saddest moment?

Second: There is something called in our judicial system “Intimidation” and that’s exactly what you did! You intimidated a victim, you threatened a potential witness – victim and you broke the law! I promise you and give you my word, that if this father (god forbid) drops the charges, I will personally go after you with all my might and power and bring you down.

RABOISAI! People always tell me “Enough with Nuchem – We got the message and we know what to do” BULL SHIT! We are still where we were 20 years ago, we still hide, we still protect, we still white wash and we still scared of this community scumbags that control us!

How many will it take to wake you up? There are members that told me, they have not taken a “Bedika” from their wives to the dayan ever! Long Term Effect

I am still numb, shocked and in total disbelief and I am pinching myself trying to figure out if it was a dream or was it real.

I just finished a forty-five-minute interview with the founders of www.notbychoice.org and I am still dizzy to say the least. I thought I have seen it all, I thought I have heard it all, and I was sure nothing in the world will ever shock me again, but of course I was wrong.

You are probably wondering, why am I giving them exposure? Why am I mentioning them here? Why did I even interview them? Well, you probably guessed it! These three individuals have the one thing in common. They are not the same age group, they are not from the same chassidus, they are not living in the same areas and they are not even the same type of people to be friendly with each other, but they have that one terrible thing in common, they were all abused by their Rabbi (teacher) at different years, different eras, different schools but the same bitter results.

The sadder part of it, they confined in me some statistics of their site (they did not grant me access to their members pages, as a security measure) and shared with me many details, and while many of their members are NOT victims of sexual abuse, the majority of them did have sexual abuse in some form in their childhood years.

While they didn’t want to disclose the number of members they have, they did tell me that approximately approve one out of every hundred-and-fifty applicants, which is less than one percent (0.75%)..

I am not going to judge, write or discuss any of their motives and the validity to their mission, but I will attempt to once again prove to you that every such group or everything bad in our community comes back to sexual abuse in one way or another. I have yet to meet a person in the community that has a bitter and confused life due to the fact that his parents were poor, rich, strict, or any kind of behavior issue, but I have rarely met a person that was abused in their childhood that does not have a issue in marriage, mental problems, gambling, drug addictions or any other form of aggression and hostility.

If a smoker of twenty years decides to stop smoking, doctors will tell you that after five years his lungs have a great chance of being 80% back to previous levels, however not by sexual abuse. The fact of the matter is that nothing in life has such a long term effect as sexual abuse. It is just a fact that can’t be denied. There have been people that were able to move on and cope with it, but its very few and far and even those that did “make” it, will often have different symptoms that hurts them in other ways.

I know an individual that has panic attacks as a result of sexual abuse. He leads a nice life (at least on the outside), has a loving family, but constantly has illusions and panic attacks and he does not know why? His job is great, his family is great, and his surrounding is great. It took him years of therapy and intense rehabilitation to find the cause of the problem and only then he was able to learn how to cope with it and manage this problem.

One would think that after all these research and findings; this would become priority number one. One would think that after so much hurt we’ve seen due to abuse, people would line up to fight this plague. One would think that in our generation and in 2011 we would be smarter than that and somehow find a way to openly discuss this issues and make a stop to it. But still every day, the public dismisses it, downplays it and ignores it. Why? Why is the biggest problem in the community ignored? Why is the proven number-one killer in a person’s life dismissed? Why is every community in the globe educating their kids and we refuse to do so? Why are we THE ONLY COOMUNITY IN THE UNIVERSE still trying to whitewash this terrible problem?

I will say it one more time! It’s the gutless rabbis that are controlling the damage-control. The same rabbis that put Rabbi Nuchem in Cheirem and hoped to quiet him down and to shut him up, the same rabbis that don’t have the guts to openely discuss this issue, the same rabbis that get sold for money – Are the same rabbis that deserve the blame and they have Jewish blood on their hands!

Keep ignoring it and keep whitewashing it and keep convincing yourself that Rabbi Nuchem is hallucinating and when you see in twenty years from now that half of our generation is gone and the other half are not mentally and physically all right, perhaps then you will wake up and smell the coffee.

It will be too late then – It’s almost too late now…….
